Brilliant location and had everything we needed. Stayed in the Duplex and had asked not to be opposite the large hotel but that was not possible. To be honest it was fine. We got the sun on the terraces pretty much all day which was great. It so close to bars, shops, restaurants and beach. Also close to bus stop for airport and tram stop to visit adjoining towns.

Pullout shade over outdoor area would be a great advantage

Great 2 bed apartment across the road from Central Market. Within easy walking distance of Alicante centre, beach and marina. Great outdoor area for breakfast dining, gets too warm with no shaded area from lunch time. Lovely again late evening when it gets cooler for having everything drinks. Really comfy beds. Very spacious apartment with doors to separate each area so no noise if people move around while others sleep.

If this apartment was a hotel it would be 5 Star. Everything about this apartment is luxury. There is an open plan living area with lounge, dining table, and fully equipped kitchen, including coffee maker. There is a downstairs toilet hidden behind a “secret” door. Upstairs there is the bedroom and bathroom and plenty of wardrobe space and the safe deposit box. There are two terraces one off of the bedroom with 2 relaxing chairs and a table and chairs it also has an electric awning. Downstairs there is a larger terrace with 2 sun loungers and a table and 4 chairs. Off of this terrace is the laundry room with washing machine and drying rack. All the fixtures and fittings are quality and the apartment is well maintained. Location is excellent being opposite the Central Market and it is about a 10 minute walk from the sea front. I really recommend this apartment.

It would have been good to have proper sun umbrellas on the terrace as it became so hot and some shelter would have been great. More water pressure in the showers would have been good - but this is just a minor complaint.

The flat was gorgeous and in a great location! It was also very clean and was cleaned twice during our 2 week stay. It was quiet with very good air conditioning and comfortable beds. It was also very spacious and looks exactly like the photos. The parquet flooring was so beautiful - this was throughout the flat ( with the exception of the bathrooms, of course)- it gave the apartment such a luxe feel.

Very clean, comfortable and luxurious accommodation. Great location close to all amenities; the old town, port, beach, market and shops. Had everything we could need available in the apartment on our arrival. Check-in easy and host gave us some good recommendations for places to go to eat and drink. Fabulous outside terrace with great views over the city.

Everything. Extremely spacious apartment, with plenty of room on the terrace to sit out and eat or to sit in the sun. Air conditioning excellent, as were all the kitchen facilities. Plenty cutlery and crockery. Loads of storage space for clothes etc. We had the two bed room apartment, as the other duplex was booked on the dates we required. Duplex has two terraces (Upstairs and down stairs, which are both larger). However, our terrace was more than enough for both of us. The sun tends to hit the terrace just after midday and then you have it for the rest of the day. Having two showers/bathrooms was great. Location was top notch! Beachfront 10 minutes away, and can be accessed by walking out of apartment and walking down any of the streets on your left or right. Hundreds of bars and restaurants with 5 - 10 minutes walk. Something for everyone. Central market is directly across the road. There are lots of different stalls selling all varieties of produce at perfectly reasonable prices. I'd suggest getting fruit and veg from there. Particularly, the local varieties of tomatoes. Also, locally produced wines, not available in supermarkets, for 5/6 euro a bottle. They are excellent. Lots of great wee tapas bars for authentic tapas in the market. For things like beer, milk, snacks etc, there are several supermarkets within 5-10 minutes walk. There are bakeries in the market, but there are a couple outside, Panadería del Mercado (side street to left of market) or La Masa de Tomasa II, which does superb cakes (turn right at entrance of apartment and head towards Supercor express supermarket).

The balcony and living spaces were light, bright and as described. The apartment was well fitted out and in a great position right opposite the market, close to transport and a short stroll to the beach.

The apartment far exceeded our expectations with more facilities than listed, including plenty of thoughtful extras. There was no skimping on towels, toilet rolls, dishwasher tabs, etc. The kitchen had a number of basics, including olive oil, a variety of salts, vinegars, etc. The indoor market opposite was one of our favourites. The abundance and variety of fish meant that several evenings we cooked our own feasts, enjoying sitting on the lower terrace, having made full use of the well equipped kitchen. Getting out of bed and wandering on to upper terrace for breakfast was perfect. Up in the sky with the swifts swooping in all directions.

No major issues – the wifi is excellent in the main living area of the beautiful apartment but very weak in the master bedroom. This isn't a showstopper, just a recommendation for improvement.

The apartment is beautifully decorated, with a very comfortable bed in the main bedroom. The air conditioning was a blessing, and the lift was a convenient bonus. The host was fantastic, accommodating both an early check-in and a late check-out. Christina provided excellent food recommendations. The apartment had plenty of towels. The biggest plus of this great apartment is its location and views. It is right opposite the markets, and everything is within a 7-9 minute walk. The views, especially the sunset, are amazing, and in the morning, it's a beautiful suntrap for breakfast on the terrace. We highly recommend this apartment.

On a couple of occasions there was a bad smell of drains in the apartment

The location was very central and the apartment was very comfortable, modern and roomy. The large balcony offered a cool place out of the sun for breakfast and a sunny location for evening drinks. The air con was much appreciate after a day on the beach. The kitchen was fully equipped with lots of utensils, pans, mugs and glasses.

We had such a great stay here. Perfect location, super clean and well equipped apartment with modern design and spacious rooms. It was very nice to stay there. You are within a walking distance to all main sights and the see promenade. The host welcomed us at the office in the same building. It was all very easy and smooth. We would definitely recommend this apartment to everyone.

We loved the apartment. It was well decorated to iur aesthetic, very well laid out, super spacious, the bathroom toiletries were next level, the kitchen was very well equipped and the terrace overlooking the mercado was very nice. Great location, many places to eat around the apartment and an easy walk to the promenade. Finally, Cristina was very nice, and responsive in our communications throughout our stay.

The only fault was the shower, no power, and this needs to be sorted. When you pay the money you expect a good shower. Unfortunately, the host Cristina gave us the incomplete entrance code. Apparently, the code is followed by a hash key. We had no option but to call her out. She said she had a migraine. However, she showed her annoyance at being called out even though it was her fault.

Everything about this property is amazing. It’s absolutely huge, and so are the two balconies/terraces. You’ll find everything you need here, including toiletries, hairdryer, 2 safes, washing machine, TV with Netflix, sun loungers and more! There is a bathroom with toilet on the top floor where you’ll find the bedroom, and a toilet on the bottom floor where you’ll find the kitchen and lounge area. The apartment is located on the 6th floor (right at the top of the property) but there is a lift, so no need to worry about taking the stairs to the apartment. This is by far one of the best apartments I have ever stayed in. I could live here and did not want to leave. I find it hard to believe that there are many other apartments in Alicante that can beat this place. Don’t think about booking it. Book it!! You will love it!!

It's another floor to ceiling IKEA flat. Which sadly doesn't reflect the local culture and has an overall cheapness about it. Could have brought some local brands from local stores. The kitchen knives are blunt, toaster is tiny, and utensils mostly plastic. Blankets are polyester. Plastic dining chairs very uncomfortable. Sad such little effort was put into such an amazing space.

The size of the flat is exceptional, with the wall of windows and two terraces it is a fantastic space Situated above the Mercado underground station, with an airport bus stop across the road and a short 10 minutes walk to the main line station as well as department stores the location is excellent.
