Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

GermanyThe room was tiny, we had to move the luggage to open the door. At the time of booking we were told from the receptionist that we have breakfast included. Next day when we went to the breakfast another receptionist told us that her colleague made a mistake and we do not have breakfast, they didn't even offer a coffee or something to compensate that misunderstanding

Ukraine- The rooms don't have a fridge. - Only one tiny trash bin in the bathroom. - We arrived at 7 am after a really long night by bus from Cádiz and it seemed the receptionist wanted to get rid of us. We didn't feel welcome. - No other place for the luggage except the wardrobe. Not very comfortable.
- The location was really perfect. - Someone had been smoking in the first room we were given, so the receptionist gave us another room with no further questions. We are grateful for that! - We were extremely lucky to have the courtyard view. The streets around the hotel are a really noisy, vibrant area at night. - The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Extra blankets. - Clean rooms.

LatviaProperty has very good location in the centre of Gijon! There are a lot of good restaurants and shops near, as well as the beach! You can reach everything! The staff was wonderful! they allowed us to check in early, and when we needed to check out early in the morning, they prepared for us breakfast, arranged the taxi for our next destination! Service was very good and staff was kind, friendly and helpful! Room was clean and for the price we paid - excellent! I would definitely recommend to stay there!
