Apartment entry was a little complicated and took some getting used to. Needs a few more bits in the kitchen and perhaps a French press coffee jug rather than an expensive pod machine

The area was a bit dodgy for tourists the place next door had tourists not welcome signs with aggressive words attached, so be aware of that but as for the apartment itself it was lovely. Just have your wits about you when navigating the area

Excellent position! Everything you may need or want is at a walkable distance if necessary (e.g. we went for a concert at the Estadi and were not able to find a return taxi due to the high volume of requests, but we were able to comfortably walk back even from there!). Just a note here: the apartment is located in a "pedestrian only" area, so getting a taxi at your doorstep is not an option. This is not an issue, however, as you only need to walk a tiny bit (about 2 min) to get to roads where public transport (including taxi) is allowed. For private transport (this includes Uber) you need to walk a bit more, about 10 min. The apartment is super spacious, with an excellent distribution of the spaces (i.e. rooms, living room, bathroom) making it feel even bigger than it already is. Plenty of (interior facing) windows, making for bright rooms and bathroom. Some details of the apartment are not perfect (e.g. one bathroom ceiling tile was a bit damaged), but in a such a minuscule way that I cannot put it in the list of "negatives", particularly given the price. Would definitely choose again if in Valencia!

There is a lack of kitchen utensils. It would be nice to provide the guests with a tin opener and a wine opener. We have to ask the wine shop to open the bottle for us.

Location is good and the accommodation is comfortable. There are lots of nice restaurants nearby. Staff is nice and friendly.

There was a slight smell coming from the bathroom which we thing it could have been from the sewage pipes but unsure. Beside that the place was great

The location and the apartment access is extremely easy. The host was amazing and offered suggestions on where to go. We came as we pleased and there a cool little coffee and breakfast spot right outside the apartment

The windows had broken locks and the neighbourhood didn't feel safe. One of the pillow cases and one of the towels wasn't clean. The detergent is not provided though the wasching machine is present. The provided kitchen sponges and kitchen towel were used and outweared.

Kitchen had all necessary staff. The appartment was quiet at night. Overall impression is good.

The bathroom quite small and occasional smell of drains but I think that was from the streets.

Fantastic location in the pedestrianised old town. Within walking distance of all the sites. The beds were comfy. Lovely terrace to be outside. Quiet and calm. Staff were friendly and so helpful. They did everything to help us get into the property earlier than check in time and were so kind to let us store our luggage securely for the whole day after checking out time.

Wifi signal is not continuous (it goes out and you have to wait). Very poor lighting in the apartment makes it quite dark in the evening. One roll of TP per person for a 6-night stay…REALLY?!?! Had to buy our own. There were two steps between the bathroom and the rest of the apartment which is extremely inconvenient for anyone with a mobility issue. Very poor maintenance throughout the apartment: (1) Bathroom sink was clogged and drained VERY slowly. (2) Bathroom sink faucet had very low water pressure. (3) If you turn on the A/C, black soot blows out. (4) Bathroom fan was caked with dirt. Overall the apartment was OK for a shot stay but management should address the maintenance issues, add more lighting, upgrade the wifi and provide more TP.

Good location, generally quiet, large comfortable bed, very small shower stall but good pressure and lots of hot water, easy-to-use washing machine.
