Our room was next to the staffs´ room and they slammed their door very hard. Woke up 1-3 times a night from my heart pounding in my chest because of how hard they would slam their door. So it´s very thin walls and you hear everything clearly.

Personally I prefer more firm mattress while this one’s is a bit soft. Again only personal preference.

Quiet, which is the most important element I need. Location is very good with walking distance to major places of interest. Loads of nice coffee and restaurant nearby especially Chinese food. Also the neighborhood is relatively safe. Overall great experience and would recommend.

One taxi driver scammed us, but the hotel staff quickly apologized and made everything right.

Staff was beyond friendly, helpful, pleasant and professional! Especially the evening shift desk attendant and assistant. Very nice breakfast, fresh, tasty selections, very clean area.

We had double room with a third bed that was a futon-main beds are very comfortable but I can not say the same about the third bed or sofa in the room. So if you just need a double room then I would recommend this hotel.

Nothing. Perfect stay.

Everything. From the moment we walked in we felt so welcome by Leandro (front desk) and Nicolas. They were both so very helpful and informative throughout our week stay. I received a parking ticket in Segovia and they went out of their way to try and help me get this resolved. Their English was exceptional and my Spanish was not.. LOL. Even Juanjo (bartender) and Juan (manager) got involved. I've never met such a friendly and helpful staff and engaging manager. The location was excellent with a lot of restaurants and venues in walking distance. I love to walk and felt very safe walking by myself every day while husband relaxed. We had a rental car for day trips. Parking was available onsite for a fee which was very convenient. Our room and bathroom were so clean. I never take baths at a hotel but did at this one as it was one of the cleanest bathtubs and bathrooms I have seen in Europe. I can't emphasize the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. I looked forward to going downstairs and talking to the staff about the different customs and daily things going on. We hated leaving. They have become our second family. This is the only place we will stay when we visit and can't wait to see everyone again.

Everything was perfect! The Breakfast could maybe have some more variety but other then that it was very good! I will also say that the staff, cleaning of the room, and the room it self was excelent.

The room was a bit small and there was no space to lay an open suitcase, but other than that perfectly comfortable.

The hotel is centrally located, within walking distance of many attractions. The hotel is aesthetically pleasing and had a wonderful smell. Beds were comfortable. The receptionist picked up that it was my birthday on my passport and later sent up champagne and chocolates to my room. Loved the care and attention to detail. Staff were friendly and eager to assist. Would recommend this hotel.

The WiFi was a bit weak in my room. The hotel location is about 8-10mins walk away from metro and the Diagonal- it’s okay for some people but maybe a concern to others.

The facility is overall clean and spacious. Love that balcony in my room. Safe neighbourhood. Staff are very friendly and very helpful. Many good restaurants within a 5 mins walk.

The hotel is conveniently located in a relatively quiet area of Barcelona, with god public transport (bus) connections to the major tourist attractions. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
