Nice, large enough, stylish and super clean room, which had everything I needed. Very comfortable bed and squeaky clean bathroom. Staff was very polite and helped me with luggage storage and a taxi when I had to go to the airport. Great location in a cool neighbourhood full of restaurants and bars you could go to.

The staff were friendly and the Breakfast was good. It doesnt have tons of variations but it was more then enough. The nearest metrostation is about 10 Minutes to walk which can be annoying at midnight.

The room we had had a view of an internal patio, which was not very attractive. Also, hotel rooms and infrastructure are showing some signs of weariness.

The hotel is located in a central part of the city—many famous locations are within walking distance (but it's rather a longer walk of 30-60 mins). Breakfast was nice, contained local products, and was sufficient even for a longer stay. Hotel staff was polite and welcoming and willing to help. The room was clean, and room service quality was good.

I genuinely don’t think there was anything major to improve. Perhaps some drawers in the room?….thats being picky!

We really enjoyed the location of the hotel, the lovely scent on entering reception and the breakfast was excellent. My daughter requires gluten free food and the staff went out of their way to accommodate her needs. The rooms were spacious and clean and all staff were most helpful.

From the moment we arrived our service was exceptional. After a long journey this was so appreciated and we immediately relaxed. We had a family room which was two adjoining. Cannot recommend enough. Thank you everyone, we will be back!!!

I booked a single room and had all the necessaries to make a great stay. The bed was really comfortable, very clean and the desk with very good wi-fi was very handy. Plus was quiet and with air-con. The breakfast was abundant and well restocked, coffee was excellent.

The hotel does not have a gym. A small gym with basic weight equipment, cardio machines and functional machines would make the hotel perfect. Que el hotel no dispone de gimnasio. Un pequeño gimnasio con los equipos básicos de pesas, máquinas de cardio y máquinas funcionales, haría el hotel perfecto.

Room with super functional architecture in design, size and structure facilitating a comfortable stay. Pleasant interior setting and atmosphere. Attention to detail in every aspect, from the way they make the room or bed to the way you will find the bathroom amenities. Perfect breakfast, with local products and recipes, all of great quality. Completely recommended if you are going to book since the quality-price ratio is excellent. Finally, the staff is very professional and friendly, and always willing to adapt my requirements during the booking process, the stay and until the time of check-out. Without a doubt it is a top place within my options to book in the future. It is noticeable that, in a global aspect, both the hotel and the staff know well, train their staff and apply extensive hospitality standards (part of our Spanish tradition) in comparison with others Europe's countries or the USA, to ensure that the client has a seamless experience and feels like at home. Additional note: I believe that the fact that this line of hotels is independently owned in its business model, as I could attest upon checking in, incentivases a better, tailored, and customer-centred experience in comparison with ''big lines'' of famous hotel, which are more expensive, allegedly 4*, but fall short in term of service, experience, and quality.

There is a strong smell in the hallway on 3rd floor. Veneer in the bathroom starts to peel off from the bottom

The property locates at a very good location that’s close to major attractions such as Casa Mila, Gracias Avenue. Also it is couple blocks away to several metro stations. it is quiet at night and pretty clean overall.
