IrelandUnfortunately Our Room Was Right Over Beny's Bar And We Were Woken Up At 2AM With People Shouting. It Was Our Last Night So We Did Not Complain. We Paid For All Inclusive But Were Asked To Return Our Wrist Bands At 10am when we Arrived For Breakfast Even Though We Don't Check Out Till 12pm This Was Very Unfair As You Cannot Check In Till 3pm When You Arrive. Even Though You Have A No Towels Holding Sun Loungers Policy People Were Still Doing It We Found.
We Were In room 536 over looking The Pool. Room Was Very Clean. Breakfast Was Really Good,Great Variety of food. Pool Was Also Great My Children Loved It. Courtesy Bus Was Very Good,We Used it A Few Times,Driver Was Very Friendly. We Love The No Towels On The Sun Loungers Policy and The Life Guards Were Pretty Strict with This.

SwitzerlandThe internal swimming pool was with too much chlorine, but if the weather is nice, who needs that pool.
It's very kids friendly - the mini club, the activities, mini disco, and playgrounds are very nice, so the kids are quite occupied. The girls who orginize the activities for the kids are so good that there were some mparents who left their kids in the mini club for the full working hours. The view from the different terraces with a nice drink is simply beautiful. The food was surprisingly good for such type of hotel and most of the nights there is a piano performer. The apartments are comfortable enough for a family with two kids. Overall, it's extremely good value for the money.

United KingdomThe cleaners came very early but we loved the towels they folded as animal shapes. The studio flat was a bit too small and a view was blocked by the roof.. The cutlieries and the worktop weren't clean and I had to wash all the plates too before we could use them. The pillows were too firm for children. The lighting wasn't working properly after the storm, neither the heating and the air conditioner. The bed was very bouncy.
The kids liked Beny and the kids club very much. Favourite animator was Stefi. We loved the heated swimming pool. The evening entertainment was very Nice, especially the flamenco and the bingo. We enjoyed the Spanish dinner we had there.

SloveniaThe indoor pool was horrible. We booked this place just because it had an indoor pool and it was January so our 4-year-old could swim. But the water was not clean as you could see dirt particles floating around. Bljak! There was so much chlorine in the pool that our eyes were itchy and sore and our 4-year-old said he had a burning sensation down his throat while breathing. So we quickly left after 20 min. Completely disappointed about this.
There was a lot of food available for all meals. The rooms were clean and nice. The staff was friendly.

NorwayThe sofa bed was really bad, impossible to use. The dinner could have been better but it was worth it considering the discounted price we booked the half board option. Liked the option to select a dish and ask the cook to fry it for you. When the hotel got crowded in our last day, the place looked packed.
It is a nice hotel for the kids, a nice kid club, playground, coin machines, spa, and night shows. It was a good stay for cold winter days where all these indoor gems helped to keep us busy in the morning and afternoon. Our room had a nice view. It was easy to find a street parking 5 minutes walk from hotel.
