Communication was poor around a mistake made at checkin with payment. Rather than contact me directly, on the various methods they took at check in, they decided to put a note in my room but deactivate my key, so I wouldn’t have seen the note. After spending the whole day out I came back to being locked out of my room. A simple email or phone call would have been a better way to deal with this situation

The lifts are quite small and sometimes we wait but it did not fit since there were guests. The reception claimed they upgraded our room but it was not really upgraded. The front of the cupboard is damaged.

The location is great, just a minute walk to the beach. Very nice view at the swimming pool, restaurant and the sky bar. We really enjoyed our stay

People not using showers situated next to the pool to rinse off before getting in pool. Carpet in corridor outside room dirty and stained. Can hear people in adjoining rooms - walls very thin. Music in roof top bar needs to be more varied instead of constant chill out music. Drinks very expensive. Constant nasty smell directly outside hotel, possibly drainage but strong.

Room spacious and comfortable. Plenty of room to sit on terraces in the sun. Lovely views from rooftop bar. Reception staff very helpful.

reception was not very welcoming, often giving the impression that smiles and friendliness were forced. This was particularly true for the gentleman who was present most of the time during our stay. The most shocking part was during checkout in the morning; he didn't ask how our stay was or even say goodbye, simply taking the keycards. I have never experienced this at any other hotel. I'm sorry, but that's unacceptable. Perhaps there was a language barrier, and he was not comfortable speaking in English, but it was still disappointing.

The hotel was amazing, especially the rooms, which were beautifully designed and exceptionally clean. A big thanks to Maria and her team. The view from the balcony was simply stunning. Breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of options.

Great little hotel in a really good location right on the promenades and a short walk from the marina which has some great restaurants. A short walk in the other direction are some more traditional Spanish restaurants that do the best fish dishes! Perfect location for a weekend away with girlfriends. The hotel’s breakfast was also delicious!

Disappointed on arrival to find that the beach outside the hotel was closed due to renovation work. I like to base myself on the beach rather than round the very busy pool area so this was not possible without a 20 minute walk to open beaches. I would have thought it courteous for the hotel to make this clear to residents ( they would have known for a long time ) as this would have given the opportunity to make other arrangements. No discount to the price was offered as compensation for the inconvenience.

Nothing everything was excellent, unfortunately the beach was undergoing lots of heavy work, shifting sand in huge trucks from one end to the other of the beach. The noise was unfortunate but unavoidable, good stay at this hotel.

As a friendly piece of advice, the hotel would benefit a lot if its management invested a bit in the English courses for their front desk staff.

Unfortunately I stayed at not for 1 night and could not get a lot done while at the hotel. However, the location, parking possibility and generous breakfast made a very good impression of the location.

This is a fantastic hotel if you just want to relax. The staff, rooms, and location are great. Nice and easy place to stay. Plenty of sun loungers, bar never too busy, loads of staff. Was perfect for us. We paid extra for a corner sea view and we had the sun all day. Other guests were great and it was very quiet at night. Ten minute walk to marina if you wanted late night life. We loved the breakfast. Just to note, some of the complaints about this hotel on reviews are just silly. If the sunbed is too hard, bring a cushion from your room down, if you don't like plastic cups by the pool for your alcohol it's to stop broken glass going in to the pool or from cutting you. This is basic safety. There is plenty of water in the restaurants. There are steps at the back of the hotel down but you can walk around another way if you are unable. It's not difficult. Anyway, wonderful place to stay.

Everything - location by the beach and promenade with shops and restaurants just steps away. Very friendly staff, comfortable and clean rooms. Lovely pool area, plenty of sunbeds and places to sit. Beautiful sea views. Amazing breakfast.
