On the morning we departed the room cleaning lady made a lot of noise outside our room at 08:15. Asked us if we were going when we went down to breakfast and then knocked and tried to enter our room at 09:50. Unacceptable and I complained to reception.

Near to the Madrid road. Clean modern hotel, pleasant and efficient reception staff. Bar meals and staff great. Private underground parking.

Some features are a bit out of date, but I can see how some renovation has been made to try to modernise. Still a long way though. Having said that, it didn't affect our comfort. Thanks

The room had a good side and it was clean. The facilities are fine, we like big lobbies and this one was nice.

Nice one night stopover on route from Madrid to Almeria. Clean. Surprisingly, good food in the bar.

We would have loved to have used the spa just for 30 mins or so, but were put off by the high price. Perhaps hotel guests could benefit from a 50% discount to encourage them to use this facility?

Excellent location just outside of town, easy to find, easy parking, nice comfortable room, superb breakfast, very good value for money.

The pillows were a bit uncomfortable.

Only stayed for 2 nights, room was nice, as was the rest of the hotel - it was just just a bit far away from the city centre (this wasn't an issue for me as I booked knowing this), but its not really walking distance from the centre.

The spa was absolutely very nice to relax after the full day work. The hotel employees are friendly. Easy to find and safe space to park your car.

Price has increased continuously since covid. Menu limited. Weekends can be difficult as they host wedding receptions.

The mattresses are very hard and on top of that they are protected with a plastic cover that makes you perspire throughout the night which causes you to awake uncomfortable every couple of hours.

The property is very nice. The rooms very roomy. Services is perfect, friendly and professional. A real Shame for the mattresses!

There was nothing to dislike. The evening meal was good but the few of us eating in the large restaurant ment there was no atmosphere.

The staff were helpful, the room was well equiped and the bed was very comfortable. There was no noise from other guests. The breakfast buffet was excelent.

The hotel catered for weddings, Which is great but no entertainment facilities, long drive into town, didn't bother had a drink in our room.

We experienced a wonderful wedding from our third floor window, as it was outside.

not a 4 star in my opinion, too expensive for the room you get. The shower was not working properly.

A big parking is what we needed in this town. The room was big, but we got one on a noisy side, it looked like hotel was not fully booked and we could be accommodated not to the noisy road, but to a parking side.

Nice, clean rooms. The staff was very friendly. Restaurant was good.

Our particular room only had one bedside table which meant putting such things as water , books , etc on the floor. The shower was a pull out shower from the bath. It would have been much better with either a wall or ceiling mounted shower head.

It’s location to the motorway as we were travelling from Bilbao to Almería. Great value breakfast. Mice big rooms.

The hotel was large and rather impersonal - more conference centre (which it is) - than hotel. Perfect for an overnight or very short stay. Would not be great for a holiday.

It was well located, just off the A31 on our route from Santander to south east Spain. Our room was large, very clean and comfortable with a great shower. The dining in the bar was a little minimalist but the food was simple but good. The breakfast was excellent. The half board price was very good value.

Having to pay extra 15 euros per guest to use the pool was not good. appreciate non hotel guests should pay, but was quite shocked that this was not included in price of stay & then having to pay extra again for a mandatory swim cap. no vending machines or anywhere to buy water after midnight except from mini bar in room didn’t seem fair.

great location if attending a concert at the adjacent venue.
