The water went from hot to cold in the shower. The plug for the kettle had a short. The fridge did not work.

We were upgraded to a suite which was great. It has a balcony with 2 chairs/table, a jacuzzi, a kettle, and is well decorated.

thin walls: i couldn't sleep well the night because sounds and babies crying. Fitness room was not so good because one machine of three available was broken and not working and was not indicated.

The front desk staff was not friendly or helpful. Found the same attitude in the restaurant. They have a machine outside to pay for parking. There is no sign on that machine indicating it is not working so we kept trying to utilize it. When we went in to ask for help they informed us we are supposed to pay them at the front desk, not outside (as though we were stupid for trying).

the add on booking stated they have parking...only this is paid extra for 24h...we paid 195 euro for a night stay...I've expected at least the parking to be included...

The rooms are a little worn, and the noise level is high. I’m not sure if this is due to thin walls or doors but you can hear everything. Such a shame as it’s a lovely hotel!

Great property, fantastic facilities everything you need is on site and it’s near some great fast food chains! The pool and garden areas are brilliant, as is the lobby. It feels very elegant and high class, there are some lovely little perks in the rooms too, very well cared for in terms of guest extras. Beds are so comfortable and the pillows feel luxurious!

We liked the hotel very much. It was very comfortable, clean, well located, with a nearby shopping mall and places to eat. The swimming pool was beautiful. We paid extra for breakfasts, but it was worth it. Abundant and delicious. The hotel is a very good option if you're looking for a comfortable place, near Barcelona and en route to the beaches.

Room was a nice size, the flush on the toilet was poor other Than that the room met our expectations. Breakfast was ok. Only one day they had fried eggs and beans. This should be an option everyday. As not everyone likes scrambled egg. We had a baby with us and the pool was great as she could wear a float and was around. However it was very busy by the pools and not enough beds and the pool needs to be cleaned a bit more frequently during the day. Leafs and grass was coving the surface of the pools. I think every couple lf hours a staff member should us the net you try make it better.

It was a great for what we needed! We finished our trip and wanted to stay close to the airport. The staff was great, the rooms were clean and spacious, the pool, ping pong and bar were a great addition.

The window in our room would not close so the room was very noisy. When we tried to ask the receptionists to help us they said they cannot close the windows either, which was strange...

The hotel staff were fantastic and we were also given a free parking as I could not find my ticket - that was so nice! The pool is fantastic and the restaurant with the music is great fun!
