The furniture were dirty, esp. the fabric couch and chairs. They gave out an unpleasant smell when sitting on them. The master bed was made of two separate twin beds without connecting parts--my husband fell into the big gap in between the twin beds in the middle of the night! Both of the bedrooms were facing the streets, very noisy until even 2am in the morning. We had to wear earplugs to fall into asleep.

Love the location, close to many attractions and saved a lot of taxi fare. The place was big. It has a management office, which was easy to reach.

Almost perfect - for such a large and fancy apartment it would have been nice to find more of the basics such as napkins or water in the fridge

Beautiful and elegant apartment, with an amazing view on the Champs-Elysées of Barcelona. We communicated by WhatsApp in advance of arrival, very easy to go and pick up the keys, received a discount for the local garage

It was a bit noisy on weekend with honking / street noise , but that comes with location.

The location was central. Great layout. Amazing claw foot bathtub (unexpected bonus). Comfortable with central air!

I think the place could have been a little cleaner, I think the floors could have been cleaner and the dishes.

There was good communication regarding questions I had. The location was excellent, right on La Rambla. Close to Casa Mila and Casa Batllio. We walked to Park Guell and down to the Gothic Quarter, Guell Palace, etc. There were lots of nice restaurants with in walking distance and walking La Rambla was very pleasant. We rented a 2 br 2 ba apartment and were given a 5 br 4 ba apartment. It was huge, very nicely decorated, very comfortable. Lots of lights. Clean. The kitchen as on the smaller side, but we didn't really do any cooking. We did take advantage of having a refrigerator and microwave. It was a great stay and really affordable for what we got.

Noisy street up until around 2-3AM on some days. Run down appliances, its ok that its an old building but we had a problem with the hot water also the last 4 days the washing machine died and they just confirmed its dead but did not take any efforts to replace it nor to offer some compensation.

The hot water didn’t last for showers for 9 of us. Would only allow 6 brief showers before the thank ran out. Bedrooms are quite small to share as adults

Very good staff - easy to communicate prior to arrival and were on hand for our stay. Location amazing - area stunning. Great value - kitchen very nice and living area very comfortable. Nice building

showers tan cold quick quickly because there were 6 of us but wasn’t too much of a problem as we were only there for two nights.

Should supply paper towels and dish towels to ease kitchen cleanup. Would have appreciated a single detergent tablet for the washer. TV remote didn’t work. A channel guide would be helpful since you have to plug in individual channels.

Nicely renovated apartment right on La Rambla. Irene was very responsive and incredibly helpful. Access was smooth and ventilation was great. Mattress, linens and pillows were very comfortable and great quality! A couple great bakeries nearby. Easy curbside access to taxi service. We’d stay here again!
