The interior of the apartment was amazing, the location was incredible, There were 3 balconies where i did spend a lot of time. I would like to express my deepest gratitude towards Irina ( Manager ), Pep and also I am highly obliged to Janice who came on a her day off to help me out because I had my friend's suitcase in the concierge.

The couch could probably use updating but we spent most of our time exploring so that's not a deal breaker at all.

Everything! The flat was so cute and stylish, location was AMAZING, super convenient! The bathroom was great with the double sinks and the terrace was lovely with a nice view. The communication was great, always responded quickly and was always willing to help in anyway that they could. Will definitely be back next time I'm in barcelona!

There was an error so we needed to switch apartments between day 1 and 2. The shower head got loose and fell off hitting me on the head during one of my showers but we were able to screw it back on.

The apartment was lovely with a nice balcony that was in the shade for most of the day to be able to sit out on. The air conditioning was strong which was ideal cause it was so hot. The rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable.

For the price point that they are setting, is a little surprised that everything is very basic. I thought it would make sense to at least have some one give you keys at the door. Here, need to pick up at a different location during the office hours. You have to paid deposits in case you make dirts in the house. Little advise on when and how the refund will be settled after departure from the apartment. There are curbs/stairs in the building, something to consider if anyone carry multiple large size luggages for family trip.

Location was excellent, very closed walking distance to both Casa Mila and Casa Batllo, can just spend days here on shopping. Great access to all the local restaurants with great food and atmosphere.

Nothing - all good.

Arrived to early to have the keys to the room but Reception were great. We received water/cookies and were able to leave the bags until the room was available. Lots of advice for good restaurants etc. and they kept in touch via Whatsapp to check if we needed anything during our stay. Apartment was large and spacious, unfortunately no view over the main street. Everything was clean and tidy. Shampoo/Conditioners etc. all available in the bathrooms.

The bedsheets in one bedroom were stained. However the receptionist sent the cleaners immediately to resolve this. No complains whatsoever!

The location of this property is prime! Super close to main areas in Barcelona. Getting our keys was super convenient too. I booked a 5 bedroom apartment but was given a 6 bedroom which was super nice. It can easily accommodate 10 people and we were only 7! It has two balconies and the rooms are well-sized as well. We really like how spacious the apartment was and truly enjoyed spending time at the apartment. The dining area and kitchen was perfect to celebrate a meal with my friends at my bachelorette. We had hot water throughout and the host was kind to keep some toiletries in the washrooms.

The only minor thing which hopefully can be improved are: hot water supply. The heater probably can be upgraded to a bit more powerful. An extra set of towels would be a plus.. As I said - not a deal breaker at all.

All in all we were super happy with the stay. 5th floor apartment with terrace and a street view was fabulous and a great surprise.

Excellent property. We stayed in Baroque. Well equipped, well appointed, and overall a great stay. Located in a quieter section of La Rambla, but with access to metro and good walking points. Overall, highly recommend.

Neighbors are very sensitive to noise and complaint. Even to conversations in the apartment.

Our six foot plus son found the shower cubicle to be a bit small.

The property is well located within 20-25 minutes to Sagrada Familia; with lots of atmosphere but not as frantic as La Rambla. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, with everything you need to self cater for the occasional meal, but there are great bars and restaurants right at the doorstep.

Very small elevator, especially with 4 people with luggage on a long vacation. Very little soaps etc for kitchen and bathroom.
