One guy at the desk was quite nervous but nobody is perfect:-) therefore this is not really complaint.

Perfect location , - close to the old town as well as to the museum ,breakfast with many varieties and really tasty! The room had all what I needed including a kettle and some tea options. internet connection was also very good. I also appreciated espresso coffee machine down in the lobby available 24/7 and free espresso for guests .

Very good location, within walking distance of the old town and the centre. The room was clean and the breakfast was good with a big variety. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bar area is nothing amazing but nice to have a late drink or small bite.

As with most Hotels it was far too warm and the thermostat didn’t alter the temperature at all. The view was of the back yard and other buildings, but I suppose you have to book a suite for a better view.

Excellent location, equidistant between Guggenheim and the old town. Super breakfast with plenty of choice and Gluten free products for one of our party. Evening meal very good and great value for money. Special mention for the two young ladies who booked a restaurant for us on the19th Feb. Very comfortable huge bed with pillow choices and great shower.

The staff at reception.... always.... we arrive after driving 8 hours from the south... no interaction at the desk....I usually say this is our 11 th 12 th visit etc to your hotel.... no acknowledgement....I suppose it is what one should expect from a large faceless hotel. Still a pity.... it would be so nice to be greeted!

This hotel is the place to stay in Bilbao.... it is so central to absolutely everything..... we have stayed here about 12 times in the past few years!

The Ikea furniture

Centrally located enough to be walking distance from the Abando centre and the Guggenheim. Very close to metro too- always a bonus. Amazing breakfast and dinner

There is a problem with noise privacy at this hotel. We could hear guests coming in and out in the morning almost as though they were in our room. One other thing I disliked: there was a broken and very heavy standing make-up mirror on the bathroom - that item was really a hazard! I would also have appreciated if they would wipe the walls sometimes. As luggage rubs against them, it can (and does) leave a mark.

The main advantage of this hotel is its location. Close to everything in Bilbao and with a gorgeous view of the Nervion river. The beds were comfortable, but a little hard. Pillow "menu" was great, though. I enjoyed the breakfast - practically everything you can imagine, including local specialities. Staff was helpful and answered all our questions. I am very grateful for the person providing us with room service just after 10:30PM. One more helpful aspect: This hotel chain offers a dedicated app. It's very handy to have all info at your fingertips! E.g., check in time, amenities, room service hours etc.

No complaints at all. 100% great stay. We didn't try the in-house café or restaurant, so we cannot speak to that, but we had a fantastic experience.

Very clean, fancy hotel overlooking the river (we didn't get a river-view room, but still lovely). Upscale, quiet, excellent room, free wi-fi and nice amenities. We found this place last-minute after a terrible experience at a another hotel/hostel on a busy traffic circle and needed to escape. Pilots and flight crews stay here, which seemed like a good sign, and — at least off-season — our room rates were incredibly affordable, even cheaper than the terrible place we had originally booked. Short walk to both Old Town (Casco Viejo) and the Guggenheim (which is great too). Checkout was easy, and they called us a cab to the airport early in the morning that arrived within 2 minutes. Would definitely stay here again.
