Staff in reception and door staff were not polite and we felt an inconvenience to them.

Rooms were spacious, clean and tidy. Facilities were all kept clean and tidy including pool areas.

Renovations going on. So unfortunately didn’t get to see the hotel at its best. Very bad smell of sewage coming from the shower.

Room we stayed in was beautiful and clean. I stayed here before and it was faultless.

There’s a local tourist tax which we had to pay on arrival in addition to the room and room taxes which we’d actually paid before arriving at the property.

The staff are very helpful, the restaurant and bar food/drinks very good and staff were lovely. We had a small issue that was handled swiftly and fairly and received a lovely unexpected complimentary desert and wine for the inconvenience which was such a pleasant surprise.

- the smell outside the hotel is horrendous

- I got upgraded to a very nice suite on the 22nd floor with an amazing view , even the shower room had an amazing view. - staff was friendly - breakfast was quite good - location was not too far from the center as you have a metro station nearby ( 3 mins walk)

Pool looked a lot bigger in photos and was actually tiny, and looked like it needed a bit of a clean when we went to use it. Would be helpful to be given a city map or map of the area on arrival, but that's just me being picky!

Location was a bit out of town but a very easy commute, with the metro about 2 mins away! Hotel itself was gorgeous, very generous with goodies in the room, complimentary robes and slippers to borrow, stunning views of the city, huge bed, shower was ace with 3 different functions, aesthetically pleasing room. Staff went above and beyond to resolve any issues.

The bathroom situation is strange, a glass wall separating it from the bedroom means no privacy. Staff were nice apart from one receptionist, we rang to ask if we could avail of a corkscrew and she said “we can’t help, you have to ask the restaurant” and then just hung up. Bit on the pricier side considering you have to use transport to get to the city

Decent location close to transport links. Hotel was nice and clean, cleaners were really friendly.

Room and bathroom trying to be too ultra modern and losing usability shower, sink/taps, room layout and lamps etc all very clever but pretty inconvenient

The sauna area / gym area is not as nice as I would have thought - looks like it is going through renovations for a potential steam room and the gym requires a bit more gym equipment in it.

Loved the location which was outside Barcelona but you can walk down the beach / boardwalk all the way to central Barcelona. Easy metros and tram options. Loved the sauna and the pool - lovely even on a cooler day - it is very protected so even when raining people are out by the pool drinking and reading books. comfortable big beds and large rooms with free small minibar of water and fizz. Loved the mall and the food places right beside this hotel.

- when taking a shower, some water would leak out on the bathroom floor, this could be fixed with a fresh sealant - the air in the room was quite dry, so make sure you have nose droplets in case you know you need them

- spacious room, comfortable bed, view to the sea - the room was cleaned every day and we got clean towels, slippers and new toiletries to replace what was used daily - fridge was filled up with a coke and a fanta can and 2 bottles of water daily - nice view of the Sagrada Familia when taking the lift down to the reception

They charged €23 for parking for 1 day. No on street parking either.
