Paying a CASH deposit was a major minus as we were leaving after our stay at 6am & it meant an early check on apartment the night before which really defeats the purpose of checking to see if everything in order when you leave. For a 2 bedroom apartment there was only one 2 seater lounge. We had to tighten the screws in the dining chairs as they were about to collapse . Furniture was of the lowest quality . The dining room dark & unpleasant. NO wine glasses! A sense of meanness pervades.

Location& situation excellent. Quiet, interesting neighbourhood.Bed comfortable, lighting facilities adequate. Apartment spacious & adequate.Balcony overlooking street a plus.

The AC unit did not work but we were able to open the doors/windows for airflow. Would have been nice to leave the AC on however and return home to a cool apartment.

Everything was very clean. Amazing location. Very friendly staff who accommodated us when we were leaving our luggage. We had an issue with our keys and they were available to help us within 5 minutes. Would highly recommend to a friend and will look to stay here again shall I return in the future.

The apartment needs another mirror. Just has the one in the main bathroom, 3 ladies getting ready was tricky! It was noisy in the early hours of the morning for a while, work trucks, I think (bins?), but only for a short time.

The location was perfect, 20-30 min walk to everything. The apartment was lovely, in a nice area. We were able to store our bags after checkout. The apartment had everything we needed. Lovely cafe just on the corner. Felt very safe here.

Hidden additional cost which is not captured at Bookings - additional few € per person/night, but still. Toilet was a bit too small and using it required origami skills and I'm 1.75m tall. For bigger people it might be uncomfortable.

great location, although on a lively area, it was quite quiet. Fantastic location for sightseeing - apartament was very close to the metro lines as well as to the bus stop (the one that takes you directly to airport).

Can only comment on the apartment we were in. We found it a bit stark. White ikea furniture but no finishing touches. No lamps, no cushions, no leaflets, no games for kids, nothing but the bare essentials, no effort made. The kitchen was spotless but lacked a cooker. Had a microwave combi grill. Usually when you arrive there is some milk sugar and coffee. So if you arrive late you can have a drink. But no, nothing except a coffee machine and two pods.The beds were hard, so not great. The biggest bugbare was the shower which you had to hold as the clip was too high on the wall.

It was very clean. Reasonably good and safe location. Lidl supermarket 2min walk. Metro 5min walk. 20min walk to Las Ramblas. Building had lift/elevator. They let us leave our cases when we arrived early .All round communication was excellent. . €200 deposit was returned early because of our departure time.

Only one tea towel for 6 people. Small fruit dishes needed. Potatoes peeler needed. A little bit of painting in property here y there Otherwise we enjoyed our stay. Lovely old property.i was upset at the people who had defaced y graffitid the lift. They have no thought or care for antique things. The lift was so nice and quaint.

Old lift was quite charming but had some limits on capabilities. It was a bit difficult to understand the apartment number and button to ring for our guest. Suggestions for improvement: One more mirror with a nice light for helping us get ready to go out. The bathroom had a complex fixture for mixing hot and cold water in the shower. I would expect a simple thermostat based mixer. Or at least a simple mixer which is common across the world. The apartment itself was on the 5th floor with old charm Wooden windows. But the windows were not sound isolating. Which was normally not a problem as its in a side street ... Except at night... You could hear the garbage truck at 2am and every loud guy on the street.

Needs some rugs or something. All hard surfaces so any small sound seems very loud. It was very quiet overall though but when there were sounds it was loud.
