We stayed twice in the hotel in our two weeks visiting Cadix , our first 4 night stay was better , Upon arrival We had 2 bottles of water in our room , which was really appreciated. In the evenings with our friends we enjoyed playing cards , We were allowed to play in the dining room , the reception area not ideal (too low the tables ) Outside on the terrasse in the evening was quite cool . Our second stay (3 nights , no complimentary bottles of water )when playing cards , after our meal in the restaurant , the waiter told us we had to leave the dining area as they were preparing the tables for the next morning. We were kind of thrown out we all felt . Real pity there is no lounge or place to chill out or play cards , after dinner.

The location is excellent, the beach very close and the bars and restaurants were a 10 minute walk, bus stop into old town 2 minute walk.

The gentleman at reception was not pleasant upon greeting us asking if my son was older than 15. We paid for a twin room, which would be the same price, whatever his age. He is 15, however. When entering the room, there was dark hair on the toilet floor, a dirty glass and two side lights which didn't work. I told reception immediately and nicely. The next day, one of the lights was fixed, but we never saw the glass again. The other light was left unfixed. Upon leaving, I was told we'd had breakfast for all 4 mornings - we'd had it twice. I was then asked which days we'd had breakfast - the female receptionist was not polite. Didn't feel welcomed at all, which is sad. Won't return to this hotel.

The room was spacious. The cleaning after our initial welcome was excellent. The location is superb and very close to the beach. Some of the reception staff were lovely.

The hotel bar service could be very slow at times as there are many large golf groups staying here.

Great location for bars and restaurants and right on the sea front. The hotel is spotless and the staff were very helpful. Very comfortable beds. No noise during the night.

The parking fits only small cars. Nothing larger than a Golf 5D. The wifi registration is unnecessarily complicated. A little far from the city center (3km) but if you have a car or going for the beach it's very ok.

Very pleasant staff, willing to assist at any issue. Extremely comfy bed, and a spacious room with good natural lighting. Good breakfast. Very decent price.

Traffic noise end up to the room, should have better noise isolation next to the main street. Rooms were too small for two bug luggage.

Breakfast finished at 11am but on a few occasions the staff started clearing everything at 10.30am/10.40am. Given it’s a 4-star hotel I would have expected a small toiletry / cosmetic kit (shower cap etc.)

Perfect. Near the ocean. It is located in Puerta Tierra, but with bus no.1 (bus stop near the hotel) you arrive in the city center, and with bus no. 7 you arrive to "la Caleta"- perfect landscape. Good breakfast and supper. Ask for 7 or 8 floor, if you don't like the noise of the street.

The staff in the restaurant weren’t very attentive. We ate there 3 times for convenience, twice we had to ask for menus, ask to order and ask to pay.

The room was clean and the beds were comfy. The bathroom was clean and well equipped.The hotel is great and apparently visiting football teams stay there. The food in the restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced. If you are there at Carnival time, the parade goes past the hotel. We watched part of it from our room.

If you are looking for a hotel close to city center, this is not so. But it is a very nice hotel, very quiet area.

Big room, comfortable and clean. Very functional. Excellent breakfast. I had dinner and it was nice. Close to the beach. Soundproof rooms.
