We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Great location for bars and restaurants and right on the sea front. The hotel is spotless and the staff were very helpful. Very comfortable beds. No noise during the night.

IsraelThe parking fits only small cars. Nothing larger than a Golf 5D. The wifi registration is unnecessarily complicated. A little far from the city center (3km) but if you have a car or going for the beach it's very ok.
Very pleasant staff, willing to assist at any issue. Extremely comfy bed, and a spacious room with good natural lighting. Good breakfast. Very decent price.

Perfect. Near the ocean. It is located in Puerta Tierra, but with bus no.1 (bus stop near the hotel) you arrive in the city center, and with bus no. 7 you arrive to "la Caleta"- perfect landscape. Good breakfast and supper. Ask for 7 or 8 floor, if you don't like the noise of the street.

United KingdomThe staff in the restaurant weren’t very attentive. We ate there 3 times for convenience, twice we had to ask for menus, ask to order and ask to pay.
The room was clean and the beds were comfy. The bathroom was clean and well equipped.The hotel is great and apparently visiting football teams stay there. The food in the restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced. If you are there at Carnival time, the parade goes past the hotel. We watched part of it from our room.

Australiathe parking was very expensive . there was street parking but it was a little further away but that wasnt an issue.
Really like Cadiz, the hotel was pretty well located. Onsite parking too expensive for us but we were able to park in the temp loading zone to check in and move bags to our room.

Good location close to playa Victoria and easy to reach by car. Short, pleasantwalk along the paseo into Cádiz. Unusual underground carpark operated by lift. Don't bother trying it in a large car. Good noise insulation as next to busy road but room was very quiet.
