Really clean room and bathroom, with comfortable bed and big panomaric door to enter the balcony with seaview. Staff is really friendly, and location is great as well.

Balcony was a bit small to be useful. Some basic kitchen condiments like salt and oil would have been useful.

Beautiful spacious apartment in the middle of the old town. Huge windows and excellent view (room 42). Friendly helpful staff. Superb breakfast. They even made me vegan biscuits!

Only heads up is that you must find street parking and S/C streets are steep and narrow. There’s lots of parking on the big diagonal blvd just past the end of the pedestrian street though.

Excellent central location 2 blocks from the beach and by many restaurants. Big breakfast spread with jamón, queso, yogurt and espresso made-to-order. Lovely rooftop with a view and I could see the sea from my balcony too.

There was nothing to dislike

Great location, large clean spacious room with good facilities (fridge, hob etc if required), nice toiletries, a balcony and sea view. There was also a lovely roof top terrace. Great value for money and a lovely breakfast included (with Gluten Free options). The staff were all incredibly helpful, friendly and efficient, both before and during our stay. We’d definitely recommend if staying in Santa Cruz and will be back!

the hotel is perfect located , close to all what Santa Cruz offers. A sun downer at the roof terrace offers great views over the sea , a morning coffee as well ;). A very complete breakfast served in a friendly atmosphere. Overall a very nice stay.

The room was spacious quiet and clean. Customer service was excellent. Sabrina did everything she could to welcome and help me on arrival when I lost my adapter plug. Also I arrived after closing at night off the ferry and WhatsApp communication was immediate and clear as to how to enter the building. Nice breakfast too.

Everything was perfect

We checked in early around 11.30 which was no problem, we were able to store our luggage at a secure room in the hotel reception. The check in was smooth,the guy was very pleasant and informative .The room No 42 was lovely with sea views and also a view of the mountains. The kitchen was well equipped with a mini bar system which is a nice touch if required. Courtesy tea,coffee,sweets and crisps were also a nice touch. The rooftop terrace has stunning views with very comfortable seating areas. The breakfast was excellent. The staff were so attentive and easy going.

Banana garden is located very central. Around 7minutes walking to the bus stop, 5min to the beach. Lots of Restaurants and Bars close by. Breakfast was really good, everything you need was provided. The roof top is pretty cool, unfortunately it was raining while we were there so we couldn't use it.

To access the room, simply press a number on the keypad so the keypad lights up and then enter your code. (The instructions are rather unclear on this.) Parking - at the moment (2/24) there are roadworks and diversions in SC, some guidance on where to go might be helpful

Great location in the centre of the town and a very pleasant, thoughtfully-equipped, room - modern fittings throughout. Helpful guidance by WhatsApp on what to expect, as we were arriving late. Well placed for the ferry.

If you use Google maps, be warned that if you miss your turning (as we did), the information about Santa Cruz de la Palma’s one way system is totally inaccurate. We ended up going round and round in circles, until we realised Google maps was incorrect.

Very helpful and attentive staff. Good location in quiet but central location near restaurants and shops. Good breakfast. Nice room with balcony and sea view.

Very nice small boutique hotel, rooms very modern and well equipped (eg desk etc) not too spacious but enough! Little balcony. Hotel had a nice roof top bar with view on the sea! Breakfast was superb! And the personal super friendly and helpful! Would definitely stay here again!

TV screen was small and far from the bed, could not use it really.

Central location, just a corner away from the main pedestrian street. Really nice view over the ocean from the roof terace and top floors to see the sunrise.
