No enough restaurants that served normal meals and no change of Menu during the week.Tapas was not very good . Sushi was very expensive.

The TV channels need to be international. 2 news stations in English is a bit poor to be honest but we didn't care as we spent all day exploring.

The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. I didn't tell them that it had been my birthday the day before we flew to Valencia but they surprised us with a birthday cake and candles. The place was spotlessly clean. Comfy beds. Transport right outside the hotel and restaurants and beach within walking distance. All the staff had smiles and were always willing to help when we asked questions. Special shout out to the Cuban lady working at the pool bar. Really friendly

Expensive parking. Valet a bit slow despite quiet Saturday morning. Expensive hotel in general.

Perfect hotel in every way. Beach location away from city center right on popular promenade along the shore. Elegant architecture and decor throughout. Excellent, English-speaking staff. Good breakfast. Valet parking (expensive) in the underground garage.

**Hotel Review** I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel, and I can't recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Their attentiveness and willingness to assist with anything we needed truly made our visit exceptional. One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast. It’s an experience not to be missed, featuring honeycomb from the hotel's own bees! The variety was impressive, catering to all dietary needs, including a dedicated gluten-free section. Everything was fresh and delicious. Another fantastic amenity is the bike hire. The process is incredibly convenient; simply load the app and pick your bike from the garage. We opted for e-bikes at just €30 a day, and it was perfect for exploring the surrounding area. Despite our late flight, the hotel generously offered us a courtesy room, allowing us to freshen up and relax before our departure. This thoughtful gesture capped off an amazing stay. Overall, our experience at this hotel was nothing short of amazing. The exceptional staff, incredible breakfast, and convenient bike hire made for a memorable trip. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic stay. Amazing!

Not the hotels fault but it would have been nice to have a family room. They were all booked up so we had to book 2 separate rooms. They did put us together though. We travelled end of May and The pool was really cold. We didn’t go in much because of that. The sea was warmer!

The staff were all so friendly and accommodating. My family and I had a great stay! A small thing but I particularly appreciated the water provided twice a day!! The hotel is beautiful and clean. A great place for some R&R! Xx

Breakfast, though quite expensive, was the biggest spread I've ever seen. Swimming pool is large and very clean. The Beach, just outside the hotel, is very wide and exposed. Not so good if it's windy.

Was a big problem with the schedule of the pool… it’s important to have access of this pool at 8 o’clock in the morning not of 10…. The hotel has not reserved places on the beach and if you can go in the morning until 10 o’clock isn’t possible to have a beach chair available… also the prices of its isn’t acceptable 24 euros/day for two beach chairs… booking is important to inform the customers

The breakfast was diversified and for all tasted . The room was very comfortable and clean. The cleaning staff are very qualified and respectful.

Lovely room with great view of the hotel grounds and beach. Excellent range/variety of food for breakfast. Visited the beach but preferred to relax at the hotel near the pool during the day. Will certainly return to the hotel.

The reception , bar and bell boy staff were exceptional. Friendly and always there to help . Their English was great . We had a lovely welcome . Pool maintenance and help lifting umbrella by the lower deck pool staff was impressive
