The apartment we stayed in was excellent, very modern and well maintained. You can’t beat the location we parked our car for 3 nights and managed to walk everywhere, even the car park was only a 2 minute walk away . My wife and I have already said that if we return to Alicante this apartment would definitely be our first choice to stay at again .

There were just two things I would like to see improved. There was an issue with the shower, it would get very hot & we couldn't seem to control the temperature. Also while there are 2 mirrors in the bathroom, the spotlight in the ceiling seemed to throw a shadow, making it hard to see up close, so I would suggest a little make up mirror or a light directly over the existing mirror.

We stayed for 3 nights, location was perfect, close to everything, shops, bars & restaurants & within walking distance of the old town. There is an amazing tapas restaurant downstairs, worth checking out. It's a beautiful, clean & modern apartment with everything you'd need. Xavi was very helpful & allowed us a later checkout, as our flight home was in the afternoon. We look forward to returning in the very near future.

Not much to be honest it had just about everything we needed. A small ask would be a kitchen knife but other than that perfect.

The property was in a great location for visiting the city centre. We could walk everywhere and it felt very safe.

It would have been handy to have some plugins to help with mosquitos but these are easily sourced yourself if needed. A coffee machine would have been a bonus!

Super location - close to beach, restaurants, bars and shops. Hard to beat! Apartment thoughtfully designed, well equipped and spotlessly clean; we appreciated the complimentary water, tea & coffee and toiletries. Whilst the apartment was a little noisy on the weekend nights this was no problem to us and added to the authentic experience; felt like we were living in Spain and the little bar adjacent to the property was great for food & nightcaps. This is our second time staying in the property and will definitely be back; 10 out of 10 stays & communication.

Great location, convenient for beach and exploring the rest of the city. Lovely balcony overlooking the square. Beers and water in the fridge were a nice touch and greatly appreciated. Only met Xavi (the owner) briefly but seemed very helpful and friendly.

Perfect location, near bus stops/ restaurants/ university, shops and beach. Very clean and everything that you could possibly want. Lift also available and lockers for day of departure. Keyless entry which is very helpful.
