Sofa bed in the living room was very uncomfortable

Perfect location, near bus stops/ restaurants/ university, shops and beach. Very clean and everything that you could possibly want. Lift also available and lockers for day of departure. Keyless entry which is very helpful.

The location was absolutely perfect. The interior design of the apartment was stunning-modern, stylish, and thoughtfully put together. The bed deserves a special mention; it was incredibly comfy.

Xavi was an exceptional host! We felt very welcome since the first day. Beautiful old building on the outside but fully renovated on the inside with all the amenities you need for your stay. The location is also amazing!

There was no freezer compartment with the fridge. Was required for dietary needs but I was able to make other arrangements. Wouldn't stop me returning!

Lovely little apartment newly renovated and has a good kitchen. The air conditioning was fantastic, a definitel must in Aug! Location was excellent too, close to the beach and many restaurants.

Check in was a bit confusing, it’s says 3pm when you book but then I had a message saying they’d try to have it ready for 2pm then a further message saying we could get in at 1pm. We couldn’t actually get in until 3:15pm. There are free lockers though for storing luggage.

Lovely little apartment, great location. It’s above a fab little bar so some noise can be heard from the apartment until the early hours but we didn’t really notice it at all.

We spent one week in Balmis Plaza Apartments and we were very happy with everything. Good space, clean and exelent location. Will not hesitate to visit again. Lasse, Norway.

Apart from the fact that has all amenities that you need there is just one small thing that it misses: a small nespresso machine.

We stayed in the deluxe apartment; the size is great especially for a family with kids, the location is optimal, close to a park, a taxi station, restaurants, supermarkets, stores, beach, tram station, etc. Most certainly we will choose this apartment for our next trip to Alicante.

Dusty patio, we had to ask for the changes of the towel and the bed sheet. No cleaning was done during our stay. Otherwise all good.

The location is lovely, close to the beach and restaurants. The air system was great!

There is nothing not to like about the property.

Everything. Loved the location right in the heart of Alicante. Walking distance to beach city, restaurants and rail station. Spacious apartment very well equipped clean safe and secure building. The host Xavi was very helpful checked in with us during our stay and helped with all our queries.

Everything. Lovely apartment. Very central. Our flight wasn't until 23.00 but Xavi gave us a locker to store our bags for the day.

The apartment was very clean and the space is perfect for 4 people. We loved the terrace and the square outside was lovely to spend time in. Not that it bothered us, as we went to one, but there are two restaurants / bars next to the apartment - just be aware if you want a quiet place that they are open to 1am.
