Expected to pay for room safe at 3€ per day (this should be free). The coffee could be better. The spa was too busy when we tried to use it a second time and had pre-booked an hour slot (8-10 guests went in ahead of us, which seemed too many for the space and relaxation), so we left instead. Our first spa visit was brilliant, though.

Nice garden area with sunloungers, great location (2min walk to beach and bus stops, and 15min walk to historic old town) free access to spa (sauna, pool and ice bath), impressive selection of tasty food as we were half-board (breakfast and evening meal) including a wide variety of lots of dishes and evening variations to prevent bordom (even had sushi two nights), tai chi each morning at 10.15am (Patrick, great instructor), best stormy mojitos (thanks Maria). We've stayed here previously and would again.

Having a child under 6months and the lift being rather small and awkward to use.. being placed on the 6th floor was awkward for us. A lower floor or a room closer to the pool side (with the huge glass accessible lift) may have been easier for us.

The food was lovely, staff were extremely helpful. The location was great. Walking distance from lots of restaurants, the beach and the marina / port bars and restaurants.

it always amazes me why the pools at these types of hotels are never heated to a reasonable degree, The pool was absolutely freezing and was never in use because of it. as a frequent traveller to hot countries the sun never heats it enough and especially this size pool.

me and my son enjoyed our quick little break, we got what we paid for really so expectations were not rather high. food was adequate, rooms were reasonable, reception staff were very good 5*.

The ideal location and accommodation for a sport vacation. A bike rental across the street, a natural park for hiking and running at 3km and just a 5min walk from a gorgeous beach. After an active day of training you can rest in the beautiful hotel garden and enjoy a nice dinner buffet.

We were half board and at dinner a lady chased me down saying I had to pay for tap water after I filled two glasses of water from the filter for myself and my mum. At checkout we weren't asked to pay anything so unsure if tap water is free with dinner or not. Either way there shouldn't be a charge for tap water with a meal and also the woman didn't need to make such a fuss drawing attention to our table over two glasses of tap water. The beds were very very soft and there was a smell of stale cigarettes from the pillows and duvets. I don't think it was the sheets as they were clean but I think the smell was coming from the stuffing of the pillows and duvets. The food is also terrible and of a really poor quality. When we booked there was no option to book the room only , I would have preferred to have not paid for food.

The pool and pool area was lovely. The hotel is close to the beach and lots of shops are right outside the door. The bar area is nice and there is a really good selection of drinks. Reception and bar staff were very kind, happy and helpful.

Overall everything went well, some minor items to improve, it would be interesting to have more TV channels in the rooms, the balcony chairs were not the most comfortable ones, and the cleaning service had a different timing than the usual, arriving at our room in the middle of the afternoon.

I cannot express how happy we were with the whole staff! They were extremely friendly with us and paid special attention to our little daughter! I can't express my gratitude. We are already planning our next visit!

Cramped restaurant. Small pool area. Smoking was permitted at the poolside! Really unpleasant for people who don’t smoke and for children. Area reserved for beds at the pool (for which the hotel charged €30 per day!) was hardly used and should be used for more loungers (free!). Small rooms. Glass bathroom sliding doors - therefore no locks and lack of privacy. Some rooms had been refurbished - the ones opposite ours was! And we were reminded daily how different their clean, modern room was to ours. Spanish drainage smell in the foyer. Very poor wifi. All toilets in reception and near the pool are in desperate need of renovation. There is a charge for changing pool towels.

Staff were exceptional and very hard working. Nice peaceful atmosphere- no constant music at the pool or constant pool entertainment. Food was excellent- always something fresh and tasty, especially if you like food from all over the world.

The cleaning team making alot of noises at 8 in the morning. The beer at the bar from the pool was hot and the bartender rude.

The hotel is just 5min from the beach, close to restaurants and shops. The bed was good and the room cleaned every day. The food was also good.

The sliding glass door to the bathroom did not hang flush against the wall, leaving a gap of a couple inches even with the door closed. Additionally, the door did not actually stay closed -- there was no way to lock or latch it, and even after sliding it all the way shut, it would slowly slide open again on its own. This happened multiple times until we started wedging the door in place with a slipper. Basically, don't expect any privacy in the bathroom.

This hotel is in a great location - very close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. The historic part of Alcudia was a 20 minute walk with sidewalks the whole way. The hotel was clean and the staff were all friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet had a lot of options. The rooms were spacious and the common areas (pool, bar, etc.) were all very nice and well-maintained.

This year Deluxe room in 8th floor was worthy, nice view and quiet place, USB-C and USB-A included in the 220V socket. Great breakfast and dinner. Excellent staff.
