During our recent stay, we found the room to be decent overall, but unfortunately, it fell short in a few key areas. Firstly, we encountered an issue with ants in both the room and the toilet, which was quite off-putting. Additionally, there were noticeable stains on the bedsheets, which detracted from the overall cleanliness of the room. While the room itself was passable, we felt that it did not offer good value for the money. Considering the issues we encountered, we expected a higher standard of cleanliness and comfort.

Looking at the positives, the hotel benefits from a convenient location, just a 10-minute journey from the city center. Additionally, the staff members consistently greeted guests with cheerful smiles, creating a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere. However, we found that they lacked knowledge on important practicalities such as the location of the nearest exchange office or how to use the city bikes. Complimentary coffee is available in the lobby.

The location is not great and the rooms at the front are noisy. Served by only 2 buses.

The hotel is very functional - absolutely nothing really wrong. The best rooms are at the back of the hotel as it is on a very busy roundabout. The lift is pretty slow and small so suggest you stay in a room on the lower floors. The receptionists were all helpful.

The hotel is far from the old center of Valencia, but there is convenient transport to get there. It is within walking distance of new attractions. Very well connected to all the sights.

Breakfast you have to pay a separate 10.50 is very simple, egg omelette not nice, mostly just sandwiches you can make. Not worth.

Staff is friendly. Orange juice is the best and coffee machine all day.

- Room had a somewhat damp smell that comes now and then (maybe the air ventilation system?). Opening the window helps. They compensated us for this inconvenience, which was a nice gesture, but it wasn't even that bad. - General comment about Valencia Hotels: We previously were in two other hotels in Valencia (different locations), from which we cancelled the second one. That one had a stronger similar smell. Maybe it is often found in the city like that (close to the ocean and weather related?). But the first hotel didn't have it, so not sure what is going on. Overall the hotel ratings on booking.com for Valencia seem to not always reflect the true quality, since I also had work colleagues travelling there that shared their experiences.

- Free coffee and tea 24/7 (machines) - 24/7 reception - Breakfast was quite good with many options and nice staff - Rather close to the Oceanografic, Hemisferic, Museums, etc. - The staff always seems to try solving your requests as good as possible - Takes about 25-40min to the city with a bus, depending where you want to go, which is okay, just costs 1,50€ per ride. Taxi takes 10-15min for about 10-12 Euros

Nice hotel with friendly staff. But take into consideration that it's not walking distance to the city center (old town) as well as the Ciudad de las Ciencas (around 3 stops with bus). Perfect ecological deal - you can replacy daily cleaning for the breakfast.

The sound isolation was not good. I woke up every time my neighbor's door slammed. I guess the door closers were too strong. The Wi-Fi connection was unstable. I barely could participate in some online calls. Some of you folks might not like the area. It's a highway. However, for me, it wasn't an issue.

I was on a business trip. The staff was hospitable. The facilities were fine, at least they suited my needs. I had a useful option when I could replace the next day's cleaning with a decent breakfast. There was also a free coffee machine and a free tee in the hotel's hall which was helpful. There were also several bus stops and a Valenbisi station nearby.

Hairdyier was hardly working, pritty small room, it is bit far from city center.
