Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Handy stopover travelling to and fro Murcia..Shower is very good and restaurant served a good quality steak. Breakfast has plenty of choice.Staff are friendly and helpful.

United KingdomIt would be nice to be able to purchase pastries from the downstairs cafe without having to opt in for the whole breakfast. Although close to the airport it is still driving distance and getting in to Madrid itself is a bit a mission.
Very clean room with a massive comfortable bed and air conditioning with which the intensity and temperature could be controlled. The bathroom was nice and clean too and everything was very modern. Free coffee on tap downstairs and free parking next door. Useful coded locker in rooms to keep belongings.

Newly built or remodeled, very clean. Comfortable beds and nice bedding. Large new bathroom. Fridge in the room. Hot and cold drinks are free from a machine. Close to the airport. Buffet breakfast has a large selection of cold breakfast items including breads, cereal, lunch meat, cheese, yoghurt, fruit and jams.

Convenient location; you reach Barajas in 13 minutes by car/taxi. It is super quiet at night, and although it's close to the airport you can't hear the planes. Price is worth it! The room was perfect; comfortable mattress, extra towels in case needed, no frills but all basics provided. Staff is friendly and ready to help. I checked in at 1:00 am and they greeted me with a smile. Breakfast is provided; with several options including traditional "Tortilla española" (Spanish omelette). Overall a perfect place to stay if you are a few hours in transit in Madrid.
