More coffee options in the apartment would be nice. The nespresso machine did not make hot coffee but there are many, many coffee shops and cafes next to apartment that offer to go items.

Great location, quiet area, exceptional staff and apartment. Having a secure front door with key card access and someone at the desk 24 hours a day is always reassuring when traveling. The staff helped us with taxis, airport transfer and restaurants.

The location is excellent, close to the metro, 2 groceries very close, pharmacy, cafe, and fruit shop. The staff were very helpful. The apparentment very clean and size is perfect. Will stay again for sure.

The neighborhood was very residential and quiet, but that meant you had to walk 3-4 blocks to get to a bigger street for food, and it wasn't easy to find. (Which is remarkable in Madrid.) Couldn't figure out how to use the stove or microwave, and there's no instructions for the nespresso machine but we figured it out. They also leave you only enough for two cups a day, and while I asked for more, I never got it. Had to intercept a cleaning lady to get more.

The place was spacious and very clean. The bed was wonderfully comfortable. And it was very quiet.

The beds did not have mattress covers and were not so comfortable. I would recommend you provide these.

Nothing! If I was being super picky, it would have been nice to have the option of having twin rooms as well as double but it certainly didn’t spoil our holiday!

We had a two bed apartment on the fourth floor. Our apartment was absolutely amazing. Super clean, fantastic facilities and quiet. There was plenty room for the four of us and lots of storage space. The staff were helpful and friendly.

It would have been nice to have paper towels and facial tissue provided, and the toiletries replenished after a couple days. However, staying here was well worth overlooking those things !

Our whole experience was exceptional. The room far exceeded our expectations. It was exceptionally large and well thought out (we had the 2 bedroom option, making it perfect for parents and kids rooms). The design detail was gorgeous and the bed was the most comfortable I've ever had! Mornings on the enclosed balcony were a treat. Lots of towels and adequate toiletries provided, and we enjoyed having our beds made and garbage taken out each day. The hosts were always welcoming and made it feel like home. We'd love to return here!

Lovely apartments and great area of the city, the best in Madrid. Super attention to every customer need from staff. I asked them to anticipate my check-in because of a job meeting and they accomodate my request. Looking forward to returning and thank you for everything.

Could be cleaner, lacked attention to detail. We found dirty cotton buds left behind and some hair around the sink and bathtub. Not all towels were replaced, even though were left them in the tub for changing. Not all lights were working. Reception staff were polite, but not too engaging and didn't seem to care when we pointed out that some of the lights did not work in the room.

Spa area could have offered some waters. We were a bit dehydrated after the sauna and had to go upstairs for water since none available downstairs. But overall it was a great stay!

Location- Excellent! Safe and very walkable. Relaxingly quiet area, but very close to the main road and near many cafes, restaurants, bars and boutique grocery shops. Ideally located. Comfort- Boutique hotel, apartment living with 24/7 concierge. Exclusive feel as hotel is relatively small with only 3 apartments per floor. Cleaning crew came each day to tidy our home, provided us with free waters, Nespresso pods, and new towels constantly. We were there for NYE and they gifted us a complimentary champagne. Beds were very comfortable, layout of the apartment was great. Ample living room area to gather for the holidays and loved that the apartment had lots of natural light and a beautiful glass covered balcony. Master bedroom was ideal and lovely bathroom set up. 2nd room was small, no room for luggages. We stayed in suite 3B. Cleanliness- Everything was clean, smelled nicely and was perfect. One of the curtain rods in the room was loose and they sent someone to fix it quickly. Concierge- 1 person concierge. Very cooperative, competent, friendly and helpful! 10/10! They assisted us with our bags upon arrival, held our bags after we checked out and helped book in house massages, spas, pet sitters, etc. Amenities- They have a small gym which I did not use, but looked decent. And they had a small indoor pool and sauna which we did enjoy on one of the days. We booked it in advance and enjoyed it to ourselves. It is nothing out of this world, but was definitely a nice unexpected addition to our stay. Value- In my opinion it was a great value! We felt at home, safe and it was an effortless stay. Additions- The property allowed me to bring my small pet dog for a 1,000$ deposit which was definite plus for us! We had our puppy enjoy the hotel along with us :) They had a cute fruit shop next door where I would pick up berries each morning and several little convenient shops near by. Overall- Can't recommend enough. Would 1000% return!
