reception staff were very friendly dispute us asking for a parking space and agreeing to the 200 euros charge. we arrived there after driving for 8 hours only to find no parking place had been reserved , we were told it would be ok the following day but it was not available until following day late afternoon. I had a copy of the email and they were unable to sort out space and we spent 1.5 hours looking for a free space what a nightmare was not happy with charge as it seemed to be more than I had expected

One of the staff in the restaurant did not make us feel welcome. It made us feel very uncomfortable. Also, the food wasn't great, and the hot water and shower were horrific.

It has been quite disappointing, the rooms look different than in the photos. What was shocking was the size of the bed. It has not been even the standard size and the bed was super short so we couldn’t sleep properly. It had felt like some baby bed!!! So definitely won’t be coming there ever again.

We booked room with spa access but it was always booked up so we could use it just once. Room not very clean. Room service also poor. Bed was short and unconfy. Some lamps in the room not working Very low quality of the self service menu. Saturday music at the lounge-bar dramatically improvable...

Toiletries: no body wash, shampoo and conditioner like in all hotels. Just something that served all purposes. Safe: first time ever I see having to pay to use the safe in the room. Breakfast: buffet, not that many options. Most hotels now enforce wearing gloves when getting food. This place didn’t. That didn’t feel safe. There is an omelet station but a huge queue to get to it. It’s not greatly organized. Also the coffee wasn’t great. Good tortilla though! Parking: it was full so we got advised by the staff to park in OK parking. We found another parking, closer and way cheaper. We saved about 40€ in 2 days using the other parking. I’d assume the staff would know better the parking options around the hotel.

In this hotel, adults only means 16+ customers. We specifically chose this one hoping to have more rest, peace and quiet. The spa and meditation thematic hotel suggested a peaceful stay. It was exactly the opposite, rather a party place. Bar is open until midnight so loud music and noisy customers was the default. Live music from Thursday to Saturday until midnight also made the sleep difficult. We called reception several times as various parties were continued after midnight in the hotel room. Plenty of teenagers groups looking to have fun. We asked to change the room, which staff was kind enough to facilitate, only to receive one next to cleaning service storage room - so our wakeup call was 8 am every morning. We left the hotel more tired than when we came Masks were mandatory inside the facility, but not generally applicable - also social distancing during restaurant hours were difficult to maintain due to large crowds

Nice concept as Adults only, providing Spa facility and outside pool. Rooms were pretty small, a bit outdated but comfortable.

The location was convenient as it is close to many restaurants etc. The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean overall.
