The Wifi was a bit slow. I don't know if this was on purpose because at a beautiful place like Atzavara you should't be hooked to your phone or working (Although it's a nice way to work from such a beautiful place)

Everything was great. So great that we can't imagine going to another hotel in the area when we come back. They raised the bar so high that all the other hotels look bad in comparison (although these are good hotels)

Seems like the hotel tries to make money from guests at every small corner. Water is to be paid for at dinner (even after paying €30pp for the buffet). The pool beds (not sun loungers) are a whopping €50 per day! Use of the infinity pool is also an extra surcharge of €15 per day!

The taxi ride to the hotel was around 30 minutes and cost around €90. For those that like to get out and explore there was not too much in this area however we came to recharge and there is a train line so could have ventured elsewhere if we wanted.

The stay with this hotel was simply fabulous! Loved every single thing about it, the room was amazing, the hotel pools were stunning and on the day it rained, we had the delight of the spa and a massage. This was the best massage I’ve had in forever, done by Miriam! So so good! We stayed for bed and breakfast and the selection and standard of breakfast surpassed our expectations! I’d recommend staying here to anyone fancying a little bit of luxury and a recharge. Plenty of sunbeds, plenty of pools to choose from and some lovely restaurants not far from the hotel if you enjoy venturing out.

Outstanding hotel! I chose the hotel to celebrate my birthday and it was exactly what I wanted! The hotel is so beautiful, the staff is very helpful and friendly. Loved the pool area setting and the design overall. The food is delicious: breakfast has so many choices, even champagne! Highly recommend having dinner in Bamboo restaurant.

Bamboo wasn’t that great for a meal no atmosphere and food was mediocre we preferred other restaurants in the hotel. The resort of Santa Susanna doesn’t have much to offer apart from a beach but that suited us and the hotel is so nice we didn’t leave it that much

The design the decor it’s also very spacious even though it is a popular hotel it had lots of room by the 7 pools and in restaurants. The buffet breakfast was the most impressive I have ever seen. We had a pool suite which was beautifully designed and in 2 floors so like a mini villa - just wonderful. 2 bathrooms as well and the best shower I have ever put my head under!

you should be ready that there is only one bottle of water per room.

the food in the restaurant for breakfast and dinner was exceptional (wide range of dishes including lobsters, scallops, sparkling for breakfast). staff was polite and helpful. the entertainment in the hotel is also nice (try wine and art). really enjoyed staying there

I was annoyed by people bringing their kids to the adult swimming pool area. Maybe the stuff around the pool could pay a little more attention to that.

very modern and clean place. Beautiful rooms, pools and restaurants. The cocktails were very good, food didn't disappoint neither. The staff was very nice and welcoming, cleaning ladies bringing us cookies to the room were the sweetest!!! Breakfast was great, a lot of choice food and drink wise.

The music from the live shows were way too loud and would go on till at least midnight and some nights longer. I stayed in a room on the ground floor and it kept me up even when all the doors and windows were closed. The staff weren't overly welcoming except Martina who was really friendly and gave good dinner recommendations. The hotel was big and it would have been nice to get a run down of where the main attractions were e.g. gym, restaurant, spa, and pool when I checked in.

The room was was a good size and very clean. The breakfast was decent with lots of options. The spa facilities were nice and calm, I really enjoyed my massage. The hotel looked nice and was very aesthetic there are lots of places to take nice photos, It was the best looking hotel in the area by far.

The breakfast was hit and miss first morning we went in at 10am (finishes at 10.30) but very little left not replenished, the waitress then came at 20 past 10 to say closing in 10 minutes! Only cold fried eggs and some scrambled few sausages left on the warm section.. but we had to queue to get in? The next day was better as we went at 9 am no queue and lots of choice.

The junior suite was very nice … all the furnishings were top class … wonderful large walk in shower, lots of storage space… everything provided for a comfortable stay. Efficient friendly staff in every department. Easy large outdoor parking.

I didn't like the loud music played during the aqua gym class. Room service club sandwich was VERY disappointing. Dirty glasses and used mugs were left in the room and not changed over four days.

Beautiful gardens, relaxed yet elegant surroundings, spacious and full of light. I particularly appreciated the adults only pool. Excellent Spa - very impressed with Miriam, professional and very nice. Very good breakfast with wide choice of food and prompt service. Comfortable bed.

Very minor things that could have been better - the biggest is that the access to the SPA is an extra for the hotel guests, access to the rooftop bar with a pool is also EUR 25 extra.

Good location, good breakfast variety, nice swimming pools, plenty of fun activities in the hotel and a few restaurants and bars with different moods.

The pool area staff were hit & miss, some greeted you with a smile, some were downright rude, we hired a cabana for a few days & they could do with a clean, but a nice experience all the same, drinks around the pool took forever to arrive, I got them myself, it took so long, lifeguards not very friendly , staff In buffet restaurant again some happy some not, we stayed in a junior suite, suite 4333, it was too far away from elevators

The hotel was lovely, very spacious & clean, plenty of places within & out of hotel to eat & for a 5*, I thought the food was very reasonably priced, pool area was good, numerous pools, good adult only area, Gingers was amazing, excellent food & drink. Huge car park opposite the hotel & only €12 per 24 hrs, which again was very reasonable, lovely promenade right outside the hotel, lots of restaurants & shops to stroll into, Bella nail bar right outside the hotel, I had my nails done & was very pleased

Exceptional place - new, nicely designed hotel with beautiful big rooms and a lot of facilities. The staff is amazing. I have mobility issues and they did everything that is possible to help me enjoy the place. Great food in the restaurants and overall superb experience.

Only thing I felt could be better was the warm dishes during dinner - they lacked seasoning sometimes and were a bit undercooked. We only stayed two nights but if you are there longer I can imagine it would become mundane.

Absolutely amazing place to stay! Check in was smooth and you can really feel a five star feel to your stay. Rooms are beautiful and clean - housekeeping staff do a fantastic job (especially Mama). Pools are wonderful and not over crowded. We also had a spa day which was wonderful - steam rooms, sauna and cool features in the pool. Breakfast didn't disappoint at all - its mainly the same food every day but lots to choose from. Activities on every day - we did the cocktail making class which was so much fun, the presenters Nuria, Bruno and Franco gave an entertaining and informative class with some history behind the ingredients. There is a rooftop bar with talented performers. Really looking forward to staying there again one day!
