Exceptional place - new, nicely designed hotel with beautiful big rooms and a lot of facilities. The staff is amazing. I have mobility issues and they did everything that is possible to help me enjoy the place. Great food in the restaurants and overall superb experience.

Only thing I felt could be better was the warm dishes during dinner - they lacked seasoning sometimes and were a bit undercooked. We only stayed two nights but if you are there longer I can imagine it would become mundane.

Absolutely amazing place to stay! Check in was smooth and you can really feel a five star feel to your stay. Rooms are beautiful and clean - housekeeping staff do a fantastic job (especially Mama). Pools are wonderful and not over crowded. We also had a spa day which was wonderful - steam rooms, sauna and cool features in the pool. Breakfast didn't disappoint at all - its mainly the same food every day but lots to choose from. Activities on every day - we did the cocktail making class which was so much fun, the presenters Nuria, Bruno and Franco gave an entertaining and informative class with some history behind the ingredients. There is a rooftop bar with talented performers. Really looking forward to staying there again one day!

Your front door security guard during our visit was unfriendly and un welcoming . We acknowledged him with a morning greeting a number of times which received zero response ! A real let down as everyone else was so great . A special mention to Martina at reception who was just delightful. I would employ her tomorrow if she ever visits Australia .

Layout, location, 5 min walk to train station, 15 min walk to Mall, Carrefour & Anytime Fitness Gym. Staff were lovely. In particular two young gentlemen in Reception. Oriol & Samuel. Customer service was exceptional. They were so helpful, friendly, obliging, always had a smile.

Many people playing "petanca" (and making lots of noise) in the playground next door. They did not respect the starting hour, which was 10AM, starting every day at 8AM...

The fact that there was only instant coffee and no coffee maker in the room seemed strange for a hotel of this quality. We also were really sad that they didn't inform of us of the activities when we checked in – we would have loved to join the cocktails workshop but didn't find out until after it had ended :(

The breakfast was absolutely amazing and all of the spaces from reception to the restaurants, lounges, and rooms were gorgeous! We really felt like we were on a luxury vacation for our whole stay.

We went in February as we come from Australia and didn’t know that nothing out side of resort was open All the other resorts where closed very airy It's like a ghost town that time of the year

The Resort was fantastic Best buffet breakfast I've ever had Spa facilities where unbelievably good
