Weird thing with deposit. Never seen before. Deposit was returned at the end of the stay. Location was with entertainments during weekends, but those also were annoying during the night. Loud music and a lot of people give a bit of discomfort if you had a busy sightseeing day.

Good location, close to the sea, center of the city. Breakfast and dinner were satisfactory with several dishes to choose from (good enough for several days of stay). Not busy at all during both breakfast and dinner times. Local Spanish entertainment just in front of the hotel during weekend days. Good views. Quite cheap parking.

some of the carpets in the hallway to our room on the third floor were stained, some nights coming back the lights in the hallway were not on making it a bit hard to get into our room, I think because the roof of the hotel was glass it made the hallway quite hot.

great location, wonderful room, very helpful staff, it was very nice they also had their own beach bar, we made use of their bicycle hire . nice to be able to take the lift straight down to the underground car park.

Finding the car park was a chore, pedestrian area and one way streets. The car park was actually UNDERGROUND. After negotiating a steep slope and tight corners. There was a lift directly up to the reception area.

Second visit , hotel is very central for everything . Staff are so friendly and helpful . Parking available on site with a fee . Paid small fee for offered upgrade to Junior Suite definitely worth it . Would highly reccommend

It was in an ideal location 2 minutes from the beach with a lovely beach bar , the staff were very kind and friendly, my room was big and very clean the breakfast was lovely with lots of options to choose from . I had a lovely short break here .

Nothing!! Everything was fantastic!

Everything!! The hotel itself, their beach bar, the staff and all the facilities were fantastic. They are located in a great area, only five minutes walk from the beach ⛱️ and only two minutes walk from anything you might need - grocery store, restaurants, coffee shops, souvenir shops, pharmacy, bakery, post office, banks.

The coffee waa lovely, but we would have liked some tea too. Also there was nothing in the fridge except a bottle of water. A tonic would have been great!

Wide variety of food and drink at breakfast! That's why we came back! Brilliant air conditioning in the rooms. Comfy bed and pillow. Great to be able to relax and have a cup of coffee in the room too!

The basement car park was very tight and difficult to navigate.

The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The choice and quality of food at breakfast was excellent. The location of the hotel in the old town gave easy access to the beach and local restaurants.

Hotel was excellent, a pool would have been amazing and would be the only missing aspect.

Location was great as was access to the hotel beach with the beach bar. The hotel was lovely and clean. The staff were excellent and answered any queries we had. We only booked for breakfast which was excellent as well with good options. Will definitely be back.

Although the breakfast was great all the "hot" cooked items were actually cold but there was a microwave. I found the bed a little hard but that's just my opinion, my husband found it comfortable. There was a kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine in our room, a proper cup instead of paper would have been nice as would some milk.

Staff were very helpful, everywhere was immaculately clean, fridge a bonus as was on site parking. Breakfast was plentiful and varied. Beach bar and sunbeds were great as were the staff, we were able to reserve a bed at only €5.00 per person and only a 3 minute walk from the hotel. Hotel a stones throwaway from bars and restaurants!

Good value hotel close to the beach and the old town part of Los Alcazares. Good size rooms and clean. No pool or gym though
