We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomAs another review said, it's very much on the low end of 4* - more a decent 3*. Rooftop pool OK for kids but too small for anything more than a plunge for adults.
Very friendly and helpful staff throughout. Room and surroundings reasonably appointed but low key. Breakfast excellent - cooked to order (not buffet :) ) and good (although limited) lunch menu (closed evenings). Atlanterra beach is great - albeit a short walk away through a couple of quite streets.

United KingdomIn most respects the hotel delivered; a swift and nutritious breakfast but lacking in the imagination of some cheaper hotels that we have stated in.
The hotel is very tightly administered to the extent the lights flash on and off automatically on sensors; being left stranded in the bathroom in the dark because you failed to move enough in the right position is a bit irksome.

ArgentinaI was very disappointed since I made a mistake and booked for the day after my arrival. It was able to stay only for 2 nights so I basically wasted the last one (200 eur - payed for them but had to leave). I asked if they would consider giving me back the money for that night or at least half or a discount since they would def book it again.. there was plenty people around looking for places to stay. They didn't even consider it. Even more, I ask to use the garage and they charged me for the night... I mean.. I know there are things that are not refundable, but they saw I made a mistake and I wasted like 200 euros in one night that I was not going to use... at least they could have been kind and offer the parking (15 EUR) for free.... they did not have the obligation of doing it., I know that... but with that attitude, I just feel they only care about making money and have no feelings at all... I will not go back! I prefer to find a more human and kind place. We all make mistakes... we shall care for each other over 200 EUR. I am sure they were able to book it again and ended up making the money of that room twice.
The place is really nice and the location is great.

United StatesI believe that the value for this hotel was expensive .The beach was not close and the rooms were average. Furthermore , the Atlanterra Beach didn’t have much to offer.
There was a lot variety of food for breakfast .In addition, the staff was very helpful and friendly.
