Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

GermanyBreakfast was a disappointment . Although the price was fair and there was even champagne a lot of essentials were missing. The choice and especially the quality of food was very basic. Bad coffee, no proper cereal ( just Kellogs boxes), supermarket strawberry yoghurt, blant doughnuts. There was no walk in shower, just a bath, the blankets are very strange, synthetic and there was no du er, just two sheets. Not a great choice. No tea making facilities in the room. The top Terrasse could be a lot cosier, friendlier and could stay open longer. Such a waste of a great spot!
Friendly and knowledgeable reception staff. Comfortable beds, good pillows, there is a gown, slippers and ironing board in the room. The room is a good size.

United KingdomDue to its location, it can get a bit noisy late at night/really early in the morning. We did not mind but others might be bothered. The one criticism we had about the room was that the bed was extremely uncomfortable, the mattress was so hard that it felt like we were sleeping on the floor, and the pillows were too soft, so overall we didn't get a good night's sleep for any of the 3 nights we stayed there. Check-in could have also been better. We got to the hotel at 1am and had to wait in the lobby for at least 20 mins as both members of staff who were present were helping a family find something they'd left in a taxi. One of them did apologise to us, but we did not expect we would have to wait for that long given it was so late and were hoping that one of them one could have checked us in while the other helped the other guests.
Hotel is in a great location, very central and close to 2 train stations. We booked a basic room and it was great for 2 people, large enough with separate space for our luggage and sparkling clean.
