The wi fi was poor as a signal. However you don’t stay much on your phone during the stay on this beautiful Island, but still.

Unfortunately noisy at night (pedestrian street), so we had to sleep with closed without and during our stay, nights were pretty warm (there is however ceiling fan for those who are not sensitive to fans). As tip: Roof terrace could have more greenery, untapped potential of this place

Had a room with a balcony which was overlooking the pedestrian street. Very noisy at night. Hotel could of done with a bar/coffee bar. DON'T FORGET TO PAY YOUR BILL IN EUROS or YOU WILL PAY A LOT MORE THAN EXPECTED BECAUSE OF THE LOW EXCHANGE RATE. (Euro to Pounds)

Plenty of places close by to eat,drink, shop and explore. Bus station about 10/15 minute walk away. The room was very large and the kitchen was well equipped. Liked that I could choose when I wanted the room clean and towels changed.

The pool and the solarium could do with some repair work around both areas, but they are adequate for sunbathing.

The room was very spacious with the added bonus of the studio facilities, which worked perfectly for myself and my partner. The breakfast is of a decent quality. Staff were excellent throughout the whole facility and were extremely helpful.

The only curtain in the room was,a blackout but theres no privacy from the homes across the way, so it would've been nice to have privacy without losing all the light...the lights in the room are not bright enough to do makeup etc. There wasn't enough hot water for a bath.

The staff are lovely 🥰 The location is fab! The price is good. Rooms are a fair size and pretty comfortable.

Pool didn't get much sun in the afternoons (may be better in summer) so better to plan to go to the beach/lido if you want to sunbathe all day. That said, it was clean and the beds were all good quality. This is suited to an older clientele, which we didn't mind, but if you are under 50 and looking to socialise with guests your own age in the hotel, this is not the place for you.

We have stayed in Puerto De La Cruz before but not at this hotel. We were delighted that it was so centrally located but away from the busy areas of the town centre. It was easy to reach the beach/lido and to access the main square and restaurants of the town on foot from the hotel. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was substantial and the choice of items very good (particularly the Spanish option). The room was very clean and the daily housekeeping was efficient and not intrusive. Great to have a proper fridge in the room too, not something you always get, even in the bigger hotels.

There was an extensive breakfast menu with continental, Spanish and healthy options. The receptionist staff were very helpful in giving directions with the help of hotel maps.

Organisation of breakfast. You had to book the night before and choose between 3 alternatives. The eggs and bacon were served on a tiny plate which made it almost impossible to eat without spilling it on the table. A simple breakfast buffet would be preferable - maybe with extra charges for cooked things ordered on the day

WiFi does not work well. Although I didn't need it in October, there is no air conditioning. The room accommodations are a little rough, but still decent value for the money.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The common areas of the hotel are lovely. Location is great, easy walking to many attractions, bars, and restaurants. Parking is in the garage downstairs, you just have to get the key from the desk each time to get in and out of the garage.

The bed was not comfortable for us, as we prefer a harder bed. The ceiling fan was well used, as it was hot during our stay. Clothesline in bathroom was broken, but we always travel with one.

Staff were extremely friendly and efficient. The location was central and convenient. We had breakfast at the hotel once and found it tasty and reasonably priced. Very secure, clean, and fairly priced.
