Parking place. Slippers in the room.

We were satisfied with the hotel in general. The loction was very good on a main street anda we were able to reach the old city easily by walking. The room was very clean and tidy. If slippers were available it would be good. A wide balcony with pool view is nice to rest when you are back to the room late night. The breakfast is good, sufficient with bakery and several other products. Only, one more coffee machine would be good as queues occure in busy hours. Although the parking is not a big problem the personnel was not helpful enough. The first day when we checked-in the garage was full and there were no space in front of building, all reserved spaces were occupied with cars, so I parked my car on the street two hundred meters away. No problem. However, the next day, when I was back, there were available space in front of the building, I parked my car, but people at the reception did not allow to park my car there and said that these spaces are reserved to check-in-out, places are available at the garage for 12 €/day. I parkd far away again, but at the end of the day the reserved areas were again full, so I think there was a discrimination between guests.

I like the window open so noisy on city side , could not book a twin room overlooking pool .

There were few choices for breakfast (except all baked croissants, cakes and so on), and it probably could become annoying for a longer stay (2 or more nights). Air ventilation in a bathroom should be better. Wi-Fi could be more stable. TV wasn't connected to the internet and was unavailable to use the cast function.

Cozy and comfortable hotel. Our room was quite small, but for a short stay it wasn't an issue. Very clean and well-maintained, common areas and rooms are not worn out. Pool area is not very spacious, but during our stay, we didn't have problems getting a sunbed.

Heated pool, but you can't have everything.

The staff were very friendly. On arrival, we were able to put the car in the garage before checking in. A heartfelt welcome. Good food and drinks. A nice pool. Not heated unfortunately, but we went for a swim anyway. Location is good. A 15 minute walk from all the nice sites in Tarragona. We will return.

I could only book a twin room overlooking the city - none overlooking pool or garden . Quite a lot of traffic noise and bright lights outside - but we liked our sliding door open onto the terrace and there is a lovely view . I’m sure it would be absolutely fine if you like the sliding door shut with air con on.

Beautiful and spotlessly clean . Fabulous pool . Comfortable beds . Breakfast was very good- I’m vegan so know there wont be any protein - but lots of fresh fruit , good coffee , juices , and breads etc

We stayed last year and they had started refurbishing the rooms, we had the old style room, this year we had the refurbished rooms and big improvement.

Might need to look at getting a second coffee machine as in the morning there was a queue to get coffee. Apart from that .. excellent.

Second time we had been there within a week as it was a great location to have one more night near Barcelona Airport. Hotel is spotless / great room / pool is fab / breakfast is super.

Would have been nice to have had a kettle in the room for a morning cuppa, but that's all.

Perfect hotel for us, a 10 minute walk into the old town. Staff were very helpful and friendly. We had a pool and partial sea view room with a balcony. The pool looked lovely, but the weather wasn't swimming pool weather. Car parking in the hotel basement was 10euros a night, which was good value. Loved Tarragona, so if I came back I'd stay here again.
