It was the best choice for us based on the Hotel location. we walked around and enjoyed. We went outside and Uber/tax was readily available. bus/metro was within reach. the continental breakfast buffet was good, we enjoyed it . The coffee machine broke down on our first morning, BUT the Front desk/ receptionist was very kind to accommodate and gave us the coffee that we so needed for our morning. she was very helpful. All the receptionist were very accommodating. |we had 2 excellent ladies. on different days. the rooms were neat & clean. it was serviced everyday.

This hotel is well above average. The room is well designed and spacious, a delight. They serve you afternoon coffee upon arrival while waiting for check in procedures. They also send you a map so you do not get lost in Atosha train station and on to the hotel, well needed! The area is not so touristy but lively in the evening.

Dining room was a bit dark and didn’t have a comfortable lounge to relax in. There is also a lack of hanging space in the room.

We were impress by the style, the art, how cute it was. After staying in nice Airbnb’s, it was a great change to have 24 hours of super nice staff. We had a beautiful and fun bedroom with a balcony and being in the 4th floor was not too loud. Location was great. I wish we had stay longer but we will be back.

Nothing, really, I had a great experience

The hotel is close to the train station, you can walk to/from there in 10 minutes, there's a metro station 50 meters from it. The staff were very nice with me, gave me a room upgrade and breakfast for free even though I only stayed for one night. Understand that that might not happen to you on your visit but the point is they offer a great service, and I really appreciate it that.

Wonderful property. Close to everything. Metro was 1 minute away. Lots of nice bars and restaurants close by. Carre four a minute away. Very helpful staff. Polite and lots of helpful suggestions. Can’t thank them enough

This is minor but with two of us it was an issue: not enough hooks for towels or space for toiletries though the narrow bar cart near the bathroom is a nice touch.

Perfect location near museums and tourist sites. Lovely staff. Well thought out rooms and clever use of space.

Garbage trucks every night for about to minutes — solution : close the windows, sound proofing is excellent

Location in an ethnically diverse, hip and young neighborhood with tons of little restaurants and tavernsz. Easy walk from the Achota train station with connection to the airport and one metro stop from the Praza Mayor. Great, friendly and immensely helpful staff.

The hotel exceeded our expectations! The receptionist - Easter was very accommodating, she catered to all our needs- getting us coffee ( the machine wasn't working the first day), getting us a taxi for our tours & helping us find the nearest ATM! The hotel smells so good - fresh & clean. The rooms are very spacious! The breakfast got us ready for the day! We would definitely come back! Thank you! ❤️

Roberto and Miguel were very friendly, attentive and helpful. All the staff were professional and helpful. The continental breakfast was very good and well presented. The hotel was well located fir the train station, Reina Sofia, Parque del Retiro and Prado museum.
