I don’t like that our room is not clean, so out date. The hotel so far away from shopping centre the wifi was so slow the tv was so tiny. I saw the cockroach there.

The breakfast, lunch and dinner was good… the room is big. The garden is beautiful. Near to the beach.

Plastic chairs and tables in snack area make it feel like a works canteen. Rooms are clean but need renovating. Expensive for the quality of the rooms and furnishings

The hotel would benefit from a little TLC. Coming in at the end of the day to no hot water for showers is frustrating.

Hotel is in a great location just 5 minutes from the beach and directly across the road from the sister hotel with great pool facilities. Cals D'or is a great family resort with loads of bars and restaurants to visit.

a number of sunbeds around the pool were broken and we always ended up with these as the early rises claim all the good ones. not really an issue though

the apartments were so pretty and set in beautiful gardens, the location was perfect and we had a view of the beach and sea from our balcony. the apartment was clean and spacious and the air conditioning was a dream. lovely pools too

It could have been cleaned more during our stay and also before arriving... Also, the choices of the food became a bit boring after a few days and weren't of the highest quality, but still enjoyable for the price we paid.

The location was amazing, everything was easily reachable by foot. It was also really nice that there were multiple pools and areas so that everyone could find something that fit with their wishes. The staff was also really nice! Apartments were simple but had the basic necessities that you will need. AC worked nicely in our room as well.

The rooms state they HAVE Air Conditioning BUT the DONT it was quite hot and when we switch the air con on it only blew hot air (even though I had it set to cool and the thermostat turned to 12 degrees the lowest setting). Complained to reception as the rooms were very hot making it to hot to sleep properly, Answer from reception the air con is set by the main hotel I.e if they set it to hot then all rooms are hot and they had, reception also gave me information on how to keep the room cool " Open The Patio Doors and let the Fresh Air in" very useful i sure. If you leave the doors/Window open the mosquitoes come in Lol. They did say they would request engineering look at our A/C But NO one did : ( Two small other dislikes not deal breaking though - Disappointed regarding drinks all drink under the all inclusive are not included only local unknown brands offered (but that said they did taste ok) However the cocktails were another matter they are all premixed and so I am told taste revolting would recommend either mix them your selves or forget them.

Location is very good very close to beach and town. Food was of a good standard. Staff were excellent. Rooms very plain but very clean. Two chairs broken but repaired with 15mins, Fridge broken replaced within 15mins great service. Our view second floor you could just see the sea (so could be loosely called sea view) not disappointed with room. The air conditioning does not work should not be in the room description (none of the rooms that I tried had working air con (we had hot air only)

The room we booked was a studio, sold as suitable for a family of four. We arrived in the middle of the night and given the key to our room, otherwise known as a hamster cage. We lay in a row, on two single beds pushed together and a sofa bed pulled out pushed beside the beds. I didn't realise they made mattresses that thin! When we moved, the beds creaked with springs in the mattress poking us. We shuffled around the beds to get to the toilet and back into bed holding back tears of the thought of spending the week in this room. The icing on the cake was when the woman next day, who sounded like heavy smoker began to cough and splutter, the distinct noise of her coughing up her phlegm was the final nail on the coffin. My husband jumped out of bed and headed back to reception, followed by his slightly hysterical wife in her nightie (me). We demanded a new room, one that was adequate for a family of four. We were then shown to a one bed apartment which had ample space, a massive contrast to the cage we just left. We were told the next morning the apartment would cost an extra €16 a day, we were happy to pay this as there was no way on this earth we were spending a week in the 'other room'! Although, I don't think the hotel should be selling these rooms stating they are suitable for a family of four when they are clearly not. They was definitely a difference in quality of the rooms too, the mattress in the new room was a least four times the thickness of the studio room, I am sure the walls were much thicker too. So, my advice, be careful what you are booking.com!!! Secondly the entertainment was of very poor quality.

The place was clean and the food was fine, not great but fine. The location was spot on too!

Night entertainment and sound was awful I know it’s free but with very little to see on a night locally more effort and more professional would make this hotel worth another booking and recommend.

We had a pleasant stay here and enjoyed our holiday but we did have to adapt a little bit. We stayed all inclusive but would suggest b&b might have been better (for us) Cala d'or is jam packed with good restaurants in the village centre and more by the harbour. The hotel restaurant food was good enough quality, but got very samey, very quickly so we ate out most evenings anyway. The hotel bar wasn't great to be honest. Beer ok for the hubby, wine terrible, vodka had an aniseed taste to it was more like a sambuca or pernot, gin was passable as the tonic is a stronger flavour, so i paid the €1.80 supplement and asked for smirnoff a few times or bought my own wine from Spar on the corner. A Hendicks gin with bottle of tonic was €5.80 extra. Cocktails are pre-mixed ones and all served in simple small paper cups (for safety around the pool) so also not great for that holiday vibe. They don't play any music poolside unless its the daily aqua aerobics time and evening entertainment was bingo, a quiz, an entertainments team show, a man with a guitar. But if you turn left and go down the alley just 1 min away, a bar called Tropical Garden had good quality shows and entertainment. But again this meant we weren't using our all inclusive. Not a bad place, room pleasant enough, pool busy but pleasant enough, decent breakfast but if i went back to Cala d'or (which is a lovely laid back resort) I would stay somewhere else and not do all inclusive. It depends what you like. Probably better if you have young kids.

Cala dor worth a visit. Pool was large Room simple but comfortable

There is absolutely no notion of clean in this place. The cleaning lady just did not know how to clean the floors without just messing the dirt around. When we checked in, the floors were gross with junk in the middle of the room and all the corners. They tried cleaning it when we complained but it was better to clean it ourselves. At the end, that's what we did, so buy your cleaning equipment if you stay here. Really pitty as this place could be really nice if they took better care of it.

The location of this place is great. Very close to Cala Gran. We were placed in a nice part of the hotel with a small pool next to it. This room was normally quite except when the cleaning lady cleaned the next apartment at 7 in the morning.
