They didn’t clean the room everyday, and didn’t restock tea & coffee in the room even when we asked - said this was only for the first night. Also not the hotels responsibility at all but it is SUPER windy location we didn’t realise until we got there it almost makes it a bit cold so just check the time of year.

Limitations on choice of drinks. If cocktail wasn't on the menu you had to pay for it. Location made the resort very windy. Our room was very big. Another bedroom could've been added where there was a table and chairs.

Location of hotel was very good. Near the airport and a shop next door. Pool was heated. Food very good and helpful friendly staff. Food and water was brought to our room for our very late arrival. That was a nice touch.

It's definitely worth at least one visit. Stunning view to the ocean and to the mountains, the hotel is wonderful. Hospitality is on the highest level. Good food for dinner.

Could’ve been a little more evening entertainment, as it’s a quiet area, there’s not much to do after dinners over and suns going down.

Very clean, modern room, private balcony. All inclusive food/drink enjoyable, nice variety at buffet. Friendly staff. If you’re looking for a quiet, beach relaxing trip, location is perfect, out the door and straight on the beach. I also liked the info link sent by the property beforehand.

If you want to to play killer ball on a pool table then that's OK but not for us. Entertainment to for the over 60's

A few staff really spoil the efforts of the other exceptional staff. I actually made a complaint but no action was taken. It wasn't just ourselves who noticed, literally dozens of people mentioning these particular staff.. A real pity for the rest who do such a consistently good job. Again, just say we highly recommend this Hotel. Staff issues need to be dealt with.

This I a great hotel in general. Location Is great If you are looking for quiet and on the beach. Not too far from the more lively locations but far enough for peace and space to enjoy the beach and sun. Suites are spacious and very well appointed with amazing sea views. Food is just consistently brilliant with great choice. Reception staff are exemplary as are majority of the staff (with the exception of Thomas the chef who is both rude and ignorant, enough for people to walk away without what they wanted and Vanessa in the bar who seemed like everything was a complete inconvenience to her). Hotel is stylish, well managed and very clean.

While the variety and quantity of food served was good, it was let down a little by at times cold chips and over boiled veg. Rest of the good was great though.

We were upgraded (free) to a larger suite which helped. Views great, pool area good and food generally had great variety. We went half board, frankly unless you intend to really hit the booze, all inclusiving isn't worth it. 20 minute stroll into Medano for some excellent tapas for lunch. You could also swap your dinner for a lunch if you wanted to go out for an evening meal. A couple of days windsurfing in Medano also added to the fun.

Only 1 waste bin in the room that was in the bathroom. Needed another one There should have been at least one socket with USB port. So a converter isn't needed to charge things

You have to be there for the first hour of dinner to get the fresh food, the tuna steaks were great. if you leave it after 7:30, the food isn't amazing. We got told off for making a sandwich at lunch and taking it out of the restaurant, which I thought wasn't nice, we had paid for all inclusive and we just wanted to take a snack for the road. We also got told off for coming into the restaurant 1 minute early before dinner service. I do think it was just one specific staff member that may have taken a dislike to us...

We got upgraded to sea view corner of the hotel room on the top floor which was absolutely amazing. It was great to have a shower and see the sea! The receptionists were great, really informative. Perfect location for us as there is a great beach on the doorstep. Just a 10-15 min walk to El Moderno which is where we spent most of our days. Reception ordered us taxis when we wanted to venture further afield, much much cheaper than an Uber.

It is a 4 star hotel, but requires updating for these days. Because of its construction with a large empty space inside the building that makes it a little noisy for sounds coming from the restaurant and karaoke room. The TV in our room was very small and old, not up to the standard of a suite.

Spacious suite with a large balcony with sea view. Food and drinks are good. The swimming pool was not used because it is still too cold, but large and surrounded by many sun beds.

Staff very helpful especially Regina the receptionist who was fantastic. location was perfect ,15minutes walk from the Town and lots or sunbeds

The cleaning wasn’t that thorough only a very quick wipe round the chrome in the bathroom was full and obviously not cleaned regularly The staff in the dining room appeared indifferent to the guests and there was many times when there were no cups or cutlery

The hotel has a nice swimming pool the room was lovely very large with a sea view balcony The shower was good There was a spa which was ok and a beautician’s the Spa closed without notice for 2 days for refurbishing which it needed The Reception staff were helpful and friendly

The open interior enhanced sound throughout the building but thankfully it was quiet after 11pm.

Location for my watersports ( Wingfoil) was perfect - quiet area with a Spanish flavour

A little out of the way 15 min walk to small town but main gripe is pool and various areas surrounded by glass and really could do with a good clean
