Everything! The Hotel was just as described. The staff were always smiling happy to help about everything needed. The room was extremely clean. Worth both the money and the experience. They have a pool at the rooftop which is small but with the rooftop atmosphere it all comes together to be fantastic, and downstairs you have a beautiful terrace which you can also use if you want. Also the location was great as well, since you have public transport just few minutes away walking. Overall 10/10!!! Definitely would recommend to everyone!

No milk in the room for us Brits too have a cuppa, but that may be resolved now. No changing facilities for the rooftop pool. Not a big deal though.

Fab staff, Thanks Ilona for your recommendations. Comfy room. Easy transport links. On the same road as the cathedral and the bus from outside the hotel takes you straight there. Bus to the beaches is only a few minutes walk away.

Some slight finishing issues with the room fixtures, e.g. the shower flooded the floor easily.

Very happy with this as a four-star hotel, couldn't expect much more for the price. Quiet, comfortable room. Decent breakfast each day. Liked the room terrace with swimming pool. Location good for Sagrada Familia although difficult to reach late at night.

Wish I could give this property more stars! So kind, so helpful, so clean - our room looked brand new and so did all the facilities. There’s a communal chilled water dispenser in the foyer, which helped to fill up your bottle before heading off for the day. Great location - it’s slightly out of the hustle and bustle which felt safer in my opinion but a very short walk to cafes, food, and tourist spots. We stayed for Primavera Sound music festival because of its location but I would stay here again just to visit Barcelona. Also helpful there is a taxi/uber pull up right outside the entrance so it was a very seamless experience!

It is 20 minutes to Familia Sagrada - Google Maps says 25 minutes.

Room was large and clean with a great shower and a nice little patio. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good size grocery store right next door and a small fridge in my room.

The hotel is located far from the city center, but this is not a problem. The breakfast was OK but I didn't like very much the pastries, not to fresh, but this is OK too.

The room is very conformtable, the shower is amazing, the employes very, the staff is very polite, kind, helpful, really lovely.

The cars passing outside were quite loud when I was trying to sleep, but this was easily solved with ear plugs. Everything else was perfect.

Everything about this hotel was great! Easy to use aircon, comfortable bed, clean room and bathroom, quite spacious, good quality iron, lovely staff and good quality breakfast with a lot of variety. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would stay here again.

The jams were mediocre. Little choice and brown. Butter and margarine were on the permanent toaster and were runny. Staff in the breakfast room were sometimes more preoccupied with their cell phones than with the guests and sometimes couldn't speak enough English to understand the room number.

There's not much than could be improved except that my hotel had an inner courtyard view where you are facing the neighbour's apartments which could be a little awkward if you have just stepped out of the shower with the curtains open. I saw some reviews mention a kid's school nearby that they say was noisy however, although I saw the school I didn't hear any noise from it, and even if there were there is not much one can do about that as there are people living their own lives in the neighbourhood.

The staff were very kind and the hotel was beautiful and modern with a very comfort bed. The location is great, it's in a quiet neighbourhood more frequented by locals but for those who may be interested in seeing the sights, you can easily get around via the metro station which is 5 minutes walk from the hotel. The train from the airport also stops at a station 10 minutes walking from the hotel. Sagrada Familia can be reached within 20 minutes walking also. The reception is 24 hours so you don't need to worry about a late arrival or check-out.
