We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SpainThe journey being a few hundred miles shorter would have been nice! (Absolutely not the fault of the Hotel Arce, obviously!) Ditto a marching band one night treating us to Y Viva España at two in the morning on the local main road, mercifully briefly.
We returned just today from a five night stay. The family/staff were really pleasant and helpful, and the free parking available - though not private - was never a problem. Breakfast each day changed slightly, which was a really nice touch, and the air con worked perfectly..... thank goodness, as the weather was particularly hot! The likelihood of us returning to San Pedro del Pinatar (a six hour each way car journey from our home on the western Costa del Sol) is not great, but if it were to happen we would certainly go back to this little hotel.

Dated but very clean, convenient location to access shops and bars/restaurants on foot. Room was nothing special but comfortable and clean, decent shower. Simple, tasty breakfast included in an already reasonable price. Every staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall, pretty basic accommodation but excellent value for money.

The room was small but with a good sized en suite area. Air conditioning (on heat) came in handy as it was the cold the week before Christmas. It was more like a hostel than a hotel room (which is what I was expecting).
