I lost 400 euros in the accommodation room, I don't know who stole it from the wallet, and the safe was broken and there was no lock for it, and the amount was stolen from my wallet while I was out of the hotel

Room very small. Very noisy from the road and the corridor. Breakfast was a good selection but the hot section was always cold. Indoor pool facilities excellent but had to pay to use which I found unusual as a hotel guest it’s normally free.

Location is very good. Hotel has nice facilities, lovely pool great bar and terrace. All which were clean and well kept. Lovely staff, very friendly.

Room access key was bigger issues I already walked to reception more than 5 times in a day ! This is worst experience with the access card

Paid access to the gym. Make up of the room seems to be related only to the make up of the bad and towels exchange, but not cleaning the floor and surfaces from the dust. Shampoo, soap and bath gel were not regularly updated within 9 days.. Slippers are not included. Actually, rooms are not corresponding to the 4 stars Hotel.

Personnel is friendly and positive, always ready to help with any question. Big choice of food of good quality. Nice zone of paid spa. Also liked lounge zone. Thanks a lot for the surprise for my wife's birthday!;)

The food is amazing and public areas are lovely and spotless, only downside are rooms are bit small and dated..definitely book pool view room as mountain view doesn't get sun till later. Would definitely recommend half board option 5 stars for food.

Room Size is small to my taste, especially when sharing. When I travel, I want to open my suitcase and plan on the go for a few days. This wasn't possible here. And Toiletries need an upgrade, though it's a minor issue.

The hotel is huge, and next to the popular tourist lane. It is clean and has all the facilities expected from a resort hotel. Bar was well stocked, not way overpriced, Rooms were clean, staff was courteous & warm. The breakfast spread was good, and overall we found it similarly priced across areas. It has a good spa with good therapists. I will recommend it for a hassle-free stay.

The distribution of sunbeds needs to be better organized as there was no system at all. The entertainment was quite fine, but it would have been appreciated if it could continue until 12:00 as in the other hotels around.

The food was exceptionally delicious. Chapeau to the cook and the patissiere. Every day different dishes, with lots of daily surprises. Extremely happy with the food. The rooms were very clean and the cleaning ladies were really kind. The hotel staff were always supportive to our needs and requests, including the SPA staff.

This would be rated as a 3-star hotel in many other countries. Rooms are outdated, furniture is old, walls are dirty, cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. Small fridge wasn't working well, no hot water boiler in the room. Not much variety at the breakfast buffet, which is the same every day. If you expect 4-star quality, I'd recommend finding a different place.

The bed was not comfortable at all. I just believe all the hotels in Spain has same spring bed. The toilet pot was shaking all the time.
