Well equipped apartment with everything we needed for our stay. Beds were comfy and plenty of bedding and towels provided for the 3 of us. Lots of shops near by including a Lidl for any groceries needed, found some great places to eat all within a 10min walk and cheaper than eating out near city centre. Metro was a short walk and very easy to use and navigate. Beach was about a 20min walk, it wasn’t weather for being at the beach but did visit it and have a drink down there one evening. Great to have a view of the sagarda from the balcony and it was only 30min walk to it plus other places, so if up for the walk you can avoid the metro and visit places on foot.

Kitchen utensils could be newer. We also wished that there was a dishwasher. There was some water noise from upstairs. Whenever they take a shower, we had an excessive water noise in our bedroom. At that price scale, we didn't expect such issues. Toilet was smelly at times.

Location. Ease of access for entrance. Balcony was awesome. Public transport access and finding a taxi was very easy. It was nice to be very close to a large number of supermarkets.

Very cosy apartment close to the Parc de la Ciutadella and Arc de Triomf. Perfect location. Not far from the seaside. Good transport junction.

Not that I didn’t like the property but if you are looking for something central this is not the property for you as it is a 10-20 minute walk to the core of the action. However that being said I loved the location and the metro is also close by.

The staff were incredible helpful from the moment we arrived I was given a map and was given recommendations! The property was spacious and comfortable and the balcony was amazing!

The shower could do with a more thorough clean but otherwise the apartment was very clean and tidy. Of note that I forgot to pass on during my stay was that there was only one wine glass in the apartment but we don't drink wine so no big deal for us! I am certain that if I had had the time to mention it during our stay, the responsive staff would have had it sorted immediately.

Great check-in process, staff so helpful and efficient. Staff very responsive to questions prior to arrival and during stay. Handy location to transport, shops and the beach.

Access to hot water was limited (20-30 minutes) which was difficult to share between 4 people. However, this didn’t impact us too much due to wanting cold showers due to the heat

The very apartment that is very well equipped. Within a walking distance to the beach, Sagrada Famila, Barri Gotic, El Born. There is a possibility to park at the covered parking space. It was important for us because we came by car.

Maybe the price was a little too high but we booked for mid August when it was already July.

If you plan to go to the beach during the day, to the clubs/casino in the night, and occasionally visit the city, the position is perfect. Rooms are quiet and have everything you need. Great balcony. Staff is super friendly.

The communication leading up to our stay was detailed and quick, all questions were answered and details sent to us well ahead of our stay. The instructions on how to access the building and then the apartment were clear and easy to follow. The apartment was very clean and very well equipped. A nice touch of a bottle of wine and a game for my son was there to greet us as we were celebrating his birthday and a wedding anniversary. Very kind! The staff were exceptional, happy to help, great customer service and gave us suggestions on where to visit and where to eat. They even stored our luggage and arranged a taxi back to the airport for us. Super!

Limited parking space for guest, I have to parking in the public parking area 1 km away. The washing machine makes huge noise, you can not use it at night if you want to sleep...

Nothing really. The air con unit was in the lounge so you had to leave the bedroom door open to fell the effect. If you left it closed, the bedroom did get hot at night.

Good location. Beach front was about a 20 min walk. The Gothic Quarter about the same. However, the Bogatell Metro station was just 5 mins away with access to the whole city. Metro was very easy to use and Bogatell was always nice a quiet when we were there (unlike some of the trains!). Lots on nice restaurants nearby. Shout out for Cacho on way to the Metro - really good food. Kebab place and Japanese restaurant near the entrance also good.

We had a great stay. Apartments are in the perfect location. Within walking distance to the beach, beautiful Ciutadella Park and Arch the Triumph. Restaurants and grocery shops nearby. The area was not too busy at the time we were there. Apartment was specious and had all that we needed for the stay. I highly recommend it.

Pillows weren't the best but that's personal preference

Great location, helpful staff. Facilities were good, felt like I had everything I needed. Easy to get to all the places we wanted from where we were, you could even see the Sagrada Familia from the balcony which was a nice surprise.
