I think there is scope of improvement in breakfast options.

The facility is amazing and staff is equally very nice. We really liked the pools in the property both indoor and outdoor. The kids entertainment were equally exceptional. We had absolutely great time in the property.

Our room type view had a tree blocking most of the sea view, frustrating. The dinner service had no free drinks not even water But overall the staff, food and everything was good and it’s worthy of the 4 stars it’s rated at

The settee could have been more comfy as it was really a third bed! The food at the restaurant was just average at best.

Very well equipped and nice firm beds, housekeeping were brilliant cleaned every day! Very close to the beach, shops, cafes and restaurants. Bus stop right outside for the airport(5 euros) & Palma (2euros) brilliant bus service!

Pools don’t open until 10am. Staff member at snack bar literally slammed his fist on the register when I added a drink to my order (the chef apologised but this is still unacceptable). My son tried to order a drink for himself and the staff kept serving the adults behind him. Jacuzzi/spa area out of use for our entire stay. Not enough loungers by the pool. ‘Wellness centre’ is average at best. Snack bar didn’t open till 1pm on our first day, which doesn’t sound like a big deal but the open time kept getting pushed back which made managing hungry children a challenge.

Location and majority of staff were excellent. Soft towels and very clean rooms. Ocean view was spectacular.

WC ventilation wasn't working hence the sewage smell in the apartment, Wifi wasn't available for 3 days with poor or no connection. Safe batteries were dead - not operational Towels are payable

Parking is limited close to the hotel but street parking can be found 400-500 meters away from the place.

it would have been more convenient if we had a room on the ground floor. now we had on the 2nd floor, not so easy to access with a stroller and lots of back and forth stairs caring an 11kg todler who's protesting for staying a little longer in the pool. but our room was quite nearby the restaurant and pool so that was already something and we booked quite last minute, so maybe indeed there were no other options.

The buffet was a great choice for us having a toddler with us. Thus we could easily switch between dishes. I liked that the bedroom was separated from the living room. the swimming pool was great. there was sun the entire day, so at the end of the day the water was very warm. hotel was family friendly. not too much of noise and parties, however the walls are very thin, you can hear a lot easily. the bus stop was in front of the hotel and there was a direct bus to the airport. very convenient. Only 10 - 15 mins from the Palma Aquarium. the staff was very very friendly, all of them where very nice. it was a pleasure staying at the hotel.

Everything was very good.

Location is perfect. The food and dinning is very good. Thee is a good selection of different dishes and there is not too much repetitions especially at the dinner. The selection of wines (you have to pay) is reasonable. The service in the restaurant and at the reception is very good and people are very helpful. The view from the balcony is very nice. In the reception there are many different offers like tickets or car rentals etc. There are three swimming pools.

Large rooms that were cleaned daily. Stayed for 3 nights and slept well each time. Small but well equipped gym. Laundry room. A TV that actually works (Was able to watch some tennis). Beach, supermarket, and bus stop nearby.

We payed a lot of money for the breakfast, but it opened at 08.00, so the last day we were promised take away breakfast to be able to eat before our flight. The women in the reception also said that we will get coffee and she helped us book a transfer to the airport. However, in the morning before our flight we did not get any breakfast(!), they had forgotten, and we could NOT get our money back (about 60 euros for all of us). They had no explanation, and did not apologise. The staff just blamed each other. They could not promise that the transfer for the airport would come either. Eventually the transfer came so we did not miss our flight. After a very nice week this was an unpleasant experience. They promised breakfast but instead just took 60 euros for nothing and refused to give us the money back.

Excellent location, close to the beach, shops, restaurants and the bus stop. It was very easy to take the bus from the airport. Our daughter (1,5 years old) loved the playroom and the staff there. We all enjoyed the pool area even if the water was very cold! It was warmer in the sea :) Nice breakfast. We had a big room/apartment with a nice view, every evening we also visited the lovely and calm roof terrace.
