Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThat most people hold the chairs on the pool area with their towels for hours with no use. We saw some people that left their belongings in some chairs and they weren't there for hours.

Fantastic location and lovely pool and facilities my biggest joy was the facilities for the kids and the programme. I couldn't believe most of it was free. Kids club, mini disco every night. It's such a social hotel The apartments allow you to relax in a chic way away from the main hub. We'll probably book again!

NetherlandsThe entertainment program isn't as lively as some other Hotels in the neighborhood. But that could also be considered a good thing.
The food is really nice. Every day a huge variety and every night a different "theme" on a weekly rotation. You always have plenty options chicken, beef, pork or no meat. Pasta, potatoes, bread and sometimes rice. I really totally don't understand how some people in the reviews can possibly complain about the buffet. If you want your food to be steaming hot I suggest you be there at 19.30 immediately when the restaurant opens. It can get a little less warm if you are late. Fries and meat are sometimes a little under salted for my personal taste. But that's a GOOD thing. We are traveling with a 2 year old and for him I don't want the food to be too salty and I think quite a few people are on a low sodium diet these days.There's a whole seasoning station at the buffet with salts, peppers, oils, vinegars etc. So everyone can make the food exactly to their own liking. Nice animation team for the little ones. Rufus the mascot comes by at the restaurant to say Hi every night. Kids can go to the "Rufus club" for a couple of hours twice a day. Hardly any noise disturbance from surrounding places. There's a very lively hotel (with outdoor entertainment/music performances) and a nice little "amusement park"/fair behind the appartment building. Yes you can hear it from inside your room but definitely not to a degree it's disturbing. And around midnight everything quiets down almost completely. Bus Plana stop is a few 100 meters away from the Hotel. Ideal for a visit to neighbouring towns and for a visit to Tarragona for example. No need to go search for a laundromat in the neighborhood.The laundry service that's available at the hotel is conveniently located on the ground flour of the appartment building and is SELFSERVICE at a reasonable price of €4,- per load. We washed two loads and were able to easily fit both loads in the big dryer at the same time. For €2,- on normal heat it was more than perfectly...

IrelandRoom could have been bigger .. stayed for 4 nights in triple room , if we were staying for a week or longer i don't feel the room would have done us . No sofa . Also note you must pay 100 damage deposit on arrival which you do get back on check out.

The staff was very friendly, fast and helped us with the request for a baby cot. The hotel is full of entertainment. The room itself is very well furnished, has all the facilities we need.

5 minute taxi for PortAventura (our reason of travel) and a 5 minute walk to the front where there are so many cafe/restaurants. Supermarkets and restaurants or fast food in all surrounding areas.
