On arrival at accommodation, a bottle of wine, fruit, bread, milk etc was left for us. Thought this was a lovely gesture and a great help. Was nice not to have to run to shops straighr away. The accommodation was quiet, didn't hear a sound., had everything we needed. The pool area was lovely. The staff where helpful. The area had , plenty of restaurant, bars, entertainment. Park and beach nearby. Would like to thank Oscar for his lovely apartment. Would stay here again.

The apartment was absolutely lovely! The owner had just freshly cleaned the room just before we got there and also made us feel welcomed with fresh bread, eggs, milk, bacon, beans, jam, wine and many other things. The location is perfect, the facilities are great. Would highly recommend!!

Excellent studio apartment with everything you could possibly need for a perfect self catering holiday, Bed just folds away to give you lots of room, The owner was there to meet us and show us round and left us a substantial welcome pack with cereal, eggs, bacon, beans, coffee, milk, buns, jam and wine ,we couldn't believe it, lovely morning sun on the balcony, We will definitely be back 😀

Shower was a little mold round base sink in bathroom leaking when shower on altho it was clean it wasn't to a high standard for price paid repositioning of furniture and no table would be excellent for this property would give more space and a parasol for balcony in peak heat air con could use a clean we did clean the filters while there which worked better I'd personally change the shower head and place a bath mat inside shower for safety as I slipped a few times

Location was perfect for where I needed to be the building was easy accessible with a wheel chair

The complex has a great pool area. The main large pool was closed until June. We did know this and it is common in Spanish residencal accommodation. However the weather was lovely and has many international visitors It's a shame that it cannot be open longer.

The studio has everything for a comfortable stay. The owner was very helpful and check in was a breeze. The accommodation was excellent value for money and I would stay again.

I would definitely stay again, but the hills to and from the beach were a bit of a struggle for my other half. There’s is however a bus that stops outside.

A*** clean, everything you need and a lovely touch with the welcome basket and wine 😊 great having a little balcony to watch the world go by or enjoy a vino in the evening. just across the road you have bonanza square that has many restaurants and bars, with palomino park just down the road.

Only problem was it could do with new bedding as in sheets and pillows they were clean but old.

The host had left food for us on arrival he also called and welcomed us with a bottle of wine. We would definitely stay again

Communication with Oscar was brilliant. From the moment i booked till arrival Oscar was in contact. One day before i arrived i decided to bring my grandaughter aged 3 years old ,and there was absolutly no problem with Oscar . And no extra charge. Because of a late flight he organised us to be picked up from the airport at no charge. When we arrived to the apartment we were greeted to Milk,Water ,drinks for the child bread and fruit. apartment was very clean and plenty of cutlery etc etc Very secure and in the middle of everything. We definitly will return.
