The room was huge compared to the price and the property was really clean! The staff couldn’t have been nicer either. The location was good but quite a walk to most hot stops but we enjoyed the walks so didn’t bother us!

The poor quality and insufficiency of the cleaning products in the room, the lack of air conditioning and the late check-in.

**Our overall experience was average.** The hotel was clean, but the check-in process was very late which was a serious issue for us. The staff were very polite and helpful but the shortcomings in the room negatively affected our stay. For example there wasn't even a coffee in the room and these small details are important for comfort. Although there was no air conditioning, the ventilation system kept the room cool enough, but the lack of air conditioning was still disappointing. The bathroom products were a letdown. The soap was terrible, and both the shampoo and shower gel were made from one poor-quality product. We believe these details need improvement. While the hotel's cleanliness and staff were good, these shortcomings meant the stay fell below our expectations overall.

Apartment was clean but very plain.. no plants, no interior decoration. Also shower glass partition too short so shower water splashing outside of shower making bathroom floor very wet!

We couldn’t open the wardrobe doors fully because the bed was in the way - we could still use the wardrobe but it was very frustrating when packing and unpacking. The safe wasn’t bolted down, and it was small enough and light enough that it could be easily lifted and removed.

Great location, very close to a metro station and plenty of places to eat in walking distance. Room and bathroom were a great size. Shower pressure was great. Free safe was very useful. Air conditioning was very much appreciated. Black out blinds were wonderful! Staff were helpful and very friendly.

The location was very convenient. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The kitchen facilities were adequate. All staff were friendly and helpful. We also liked the food in the restaurant at the ground floor.

Booking procedure directly with the hotel was a nightmare. Booking. Com could not confirm that they would not bill me even though I had already given them my credit card details and then the hotel wanted to bill directly. I did not want me to be charged twice which Is apparently a scam that booking. Com is aware of but chose to continually to ignore.

The bathroom could have been cleaner. It was moldy in some places.

It was in a good place. There were many public transport options and it was not far from the city center on foot either.

There was no dishes washer. Also there was no cloth washing machine but there is nearby laundry.

It was in good place with many restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Metro stations are closed from the apartment as well as bus station. The area is active even at late hours night. Staff are very friendly and supportive.

There was nothing to dislike.

The hotel has a relaxed ambience throughout. It is well decorated, updated, and very clean. All staff were very helpful and polite. The room was clean, quiet (so grateful) and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and we had a plentiful supply of towels etc. We had breakfast daily at the hotel and everything was excellent and fresh; great way to start a busy day. The hotel is a short walk to shops, restaurants and the metro station to travel wherever you desire. As a family of 4, we downloaded Cabify and found taxi's were abundant and cheap compared to the UK. We will definitely be back 😊.

I thought the breakfast was fantastic. Small but brilliant choice of egg dishes cooked in the style you wanted (scrambled, fried, omelette) along with bacon meant the kids and adults where both happy and well fed. Excellent cold meats and toaster available so all good. Overall the reception staff where great and one lady in particular was fantastic. We where checking out at 5am on the last day and proactively as we where missing our breakfast she got us sandwiches and drinks made for the airport. Fantastic service. 100m from the san gervasi metro station as well

No tea coffee or even water in rooms. They cleaned the rooms but wanted you to wash the dishes and clean kitchen yourself which was strange.as these are serviced apartment hotels

The staff was good and helpful but a lot of facilities were lacking. Room had tea coffee making facilities but no supplies like tea bags, milk, sugar coffee etc. All had to be bought. Breakfast was simple but sufficient. Location was good but not too central.

Small things, wouldn't be nice to complain. Stuff is nice and do best.

In overall hotel is excellent for family. Traveling with 2 small kids for 12 days you need space. Apartment is more then enough size. Area is safe, transport bus and metro, 2 minutes from hotel. Lot of coffee shops and markets around hotel. Staff is very good, cleaning on daily basis. In apartment you have all important things. Also you can take iron from reception. Breakfast is basic, but all kind of fresh coffees made for you in restaurant, also eggs and other stuff, made by order fresh. Really nice. Overall, excellent value for money
