We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Great family rooms, and very comfortable hotel. The breakfast was superb. Parking was easy and relatively cheap. The hotel is located very close to the train station with easy access to Barcelona

Czech RepublicHotel DONT have own parking. You have to park in the apartment building next door which honestly looks like from horror movie (blinking lights., dark) and no security! Entrance is massive deep corner and only 1.8m high. If you have lower car or huge SUV there is risk you damaging the car so be careful. We were quite shocked on the arrival, but we luckily had small Audi so we fit no problem. You can park around the hotel outside if there is space on the streets but be careful. Our first impression of hotel was someone having VERY loud moaning s*x that you could hear over whole hallway. Our shower was leaking. We wanted to leave because of parking and that but we stayed in the end for 4 days and it was ok next days, so probably just unlucky first experience...
Very close to the Barcelona Circuit (about 8minutes by car), so it was very good if you are doing racing weekend. Good clean sheets and bed, room overall was very good. Good lights, windows, aircondition worked fine. Bed was harder but comfortable. In the night it was very silent so perfect :)

BelgiumThe bed make noise when turning. I move a lot while sleeping so for me it disturbed a bit but I could sleep quite well anyway.
The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was really good, lots of fresh fruits and the coffee was really good. I didn't have time to use the gym but there is one available.

SingaporeLocation is abit further from the airport or city center. The shower had a set temperature that we couldn't really change. There wasn't places to eat or do much a bit later in the night around the area.
Big room, aircon was working well, comfy beds and pillows, quiet location. Staff were accommodating with leaving our luggage there for a bit after checkout. It was easy to check in too despite us coming in late at night.

United KingdomGym is a liability - missing wieghts very old equipment ... no airconditioning. The cable machine hasnt been service for years . Such a shame as small investment would sort this out. If you like a gym to workout this one is avioded. Every other aspect of the hotel is very good.

United KingdomBecause it's a bit out of the way, there weren't that many options for food nearby. Fortunately, the hotel restaurant was decent.
Close to the Circuit de Catalunya, which we were visiting the following day. Lots of space, good use of interconnecting rooms, enough space for 2 adults and three children to sleep comfortably. Breakfast was yummy.
