Evening entertainment needs a brush up for sure.

The location is perfect and right outside are bus stops which we used to get from and to the airport on the cheap 😆 bars, shops and restaurants are practically on your door step, the beach is only around a 10 min walk away and it's a nice steady 20 min stroll into Magaluf. All staff was really friendly especially the receptionist sorry I forgot her name (Irish lady) the pool area is great and a good size, very clean and your not struggling for sun beds even after coming back from a day at the water park or beach. Shout out to the lifeguard too, really friendly and my partner made good friends with him 😃 rooms are a good size with everything you need but beds are a little uncomfortable which I tend to find in most apartments, thumbs up for the shower, really spacious and doesn't go cold fast like a lot I have used previously. Cleaner came to our room on a daily basis and we was only here for 3 days so always fresh clean towels. The only downfall i would say is the evening entertainment. We came with our 2 daughters aged 11 and 13 for my daughters 11th birthday and they really enjoyed the day time entertainment but their wasn't anything exciting for them or us to watch in the evening so we always ventured out instead. On the plus side we had LOVE ISLANDERS staying over in our hotel so we got to meet them and have photos taken with them. All in all i'd give it a 5 out of 5 and we will be returning 👍🏼

we arrived late in the evening and upon arrival to the room there were no towels and the floor had not been swept - various items on the floor - hair bands ,plastic clothes tags and lots of hair - it was almost as if the cleaner had been called away half way through cleaning the room and failed to return - both issues sorted next morning,however the toilet flusher broke upon first use and took 3 trips to reception and 36hrs to sort. tv in bar area constantly playing wierd spanish gameshows

nice clean pool and bar area -rooms are well equipped -about 5 minute walk to beach and centre-apartment rooms are spacious

A part of the wall in the room had signs of corrosion. And to top it off, we found a giant cockroach in the kitchen

There is no elevator facilities, there was some people with mobility issues that were struggling on the steps etc

Near to a road and incredible high trafic. Almost Impossible to sleep (because are not izolation)

No elevators and the restaurant is down a long flight of stairs. Not easy if you’re a bit sore walking up and down stairs.

The staff were all friendly, especially Arianna and Oscar we were amazing with the kids activities. Kids disco on every night, lots of entertainment during the day, shows every night! Incredible food. Wonderful time.

We booked two apartments. K3 and K6. K3 was good in every way. But in K6 the door of the toilet was broken, the heater was not working, the bell was not working as well. We informed the receptionist, but no one came to repair anything. The cleaner changed the towels when we asked, but the floor was still dirty.

The location was good. It offered activity for kids as well as for adults.

The hotel is not easy to get around if you have mobility issues and there are no elevators and a lot of stairs.

Dave on reception was a star, very friendly a very helpful, location was very central for our needs that weekend, parking was great, place itself was great value for money, apartment was clean and comfortable pool and bar restaurant all looked lovely, unfortunately we wasn't there long enough to try them out, but will certainly do next time.
