Great sized apartment with all the facilities you’d need. Large pool with excellent life guard. Great poolside bar with good food.

They don't put much effort in keeping the apartments clean while you are there. The cleaner only comes every 3 days and does very little.

The banging from the people above. Going on all night till about 2-3 am, Waking my baby up a few times. Was rather frustrating. I recorded this to report.. it was just absolute rudeness from the people staying there..

I love the location of this hotel. Gran canaria is very hilly and sometimes you've got a steep walk to your hotel, but not here. It was brilliant. Everything just a little down the street and you're right on the beach. The hotel was immaculate. Very nicely decorated and comfortable. Staff were great.

The shower head needs updating to wall mounted. The temperature of the water was difficult to control and went cold quickly.

No sunshine on balcony after lunch, but could be fixed by going out to the pool area

Nice hotel, in good location. Close to the beach, supermarket, jumbo and restaurants. Good price as well. Nice pool and outdoor area. Staff helpful and friendly.

Cleanliness of the apartment could have been better at our arrival and also during the stay. The ceiling fans were difficult to control with the remote controls, especially when there are more in the apartment.

The rooms and the furniture were relatively new and modern. Kitchen had all that we needed during our stay. Pool was really good for a refreshing swim. Location excellent.

The floors could be a little cleaner, when you walk round in your socks they do tend to be dirty.

Have stayed here a number of times and always found it to be great. The rooms are comfortable and well presented. There is some signs of wear and tear, and the floors not always as clean as you would expect; but over me, my partner and friends have enjoyed staying here. The property is equally within walking distance to Yumbo and the beach front.

Amazing pool, good for swim, no fancy curves, cold a little bit for someone maybe, but we like it. Nice garden, say our greetings to grey cat :) Friendly stuff (mainly the guy on the pool bar, cleaning stuff, receptionists..) Cute playground for little children (also little pool 20cm depth next to the big one).

On Monday morning the staff were very noisy on their walkie talkies at about 9am shouting loudly and I was wanting to stay in bed resting but they kept me awake. Also the shower wasn’t draining very well

Liked the location. Between the beach and Yumbo. Very comfortable apartment. The three of us felt very good. Comfortable bed and pillows. A large balcony where you can drink coffee, smoke and enjoy the view.

The pool even with the sun out on a very hot day was freezing I found it very uncomfortable to swim in I only went in twice and got straight back out which was disappointing i usually go in pool a few times a day every day and play with the kids other guests were also complaining how cold it was hence the pool was quiet my kids didn't enjoy the pool and that's the best bit to most kids so they were a bit sad about that

Room was lovely perfect for 5 of us hotel itself was well kept maids were great sunbeds etc were very clean pool bar staff were great also

The kitchen equipment could be updated as it was old. The bathroom needs a little bit of work done to update too.

The apartment is great spacious and comfortable perfect for 2 ppl.

Fabulous bungalow, absolutely spotlessly clean, staff so helpful, the gardeners in particular kept the place pristine. Great location too.. Would 100% stay here again.
