Shower curtain is not great for preventing water from getting out (relatively minor issue)

Apartment was fantastic for a few nights stay. The hob in the kitchen allowed us to cook some meals which was great for saving money. Overall, the apartment was well kitted and had everything we needed.

There is no air conditioning in the room, but they have a fan. It got very hot while we were there and it could be a problem for someone that can't easily deal with the heat.

Close to the port. The town is very silent at night and it is enjoyable to sleep with the window wide open.

As mentioned, the shower water pressure has an issue. A matter of getting it fixed.

Everything was great. They should fix the water pressure in the showers, but I am sure this was just a temporary issue. The kitchen hob is not that powerful either, so, you just have to be a bit calm. Other than that, great balconies, beds, spacious, many kitchen appliances and allocated car park.

The balance quality-price was good. The appartement was clean and good sized. Good distance by car to the amazing calas nearby(15 minutes) Calm area. Good restaurant at walking distance.

The only thing I didn’t like was my pillow. It was super thin. There was only one for the sofa bed (I think) but I didn’t ask for another. So I could have asked however, they should get better quality pillows. Makes a big difference. Also, this isn’t something they can change, but a heads up, the water in Cala Figuera is very salty, even when you shower. But I can’t wait to go back.

Loved our stay at Vistalmar in Cala Figuera. We booked for three nights and then moved on to an air BnB in Alcúdia - was our biggest regret. We wished we had booked all 6 nights here. It’s beautiful with that authentic Spanish island vibe. There’s a big parking lot right next to it, it was a quiet area for the busy season, there’s a SPAR 3 minutes away by foot, there’s many restaurants in walking distance. There’s an aircon in the room. Perfect for a good nights sleep. The room we stayed in was beautiful, white and blue with a patio where we enjoyed eating dinner together. Cooking was easy, they have all the utensils and appliances we needed. It was clean and modern. And the price was the most affordable I could find around the island for a double bed and sofa bed. I can’t wait to book another holiday here. If you have a car, you can simply access the rest of the island from here, and you’ll realise quickly, you only really want to be by the beautiful Cala’s - Cala des Moro, Cala Llombards (ultimate favourite) and you’re so close to the beautiful port where you can take an amazing boat ride. 5 minute walk to the boat!! Was a dream!

Our room was not totally clean, I had dirty towel prepared on my bed. Walls in building are really thin..you can hear everything so not sure why cleaner needs to clean stairs at 8am.

The Apartment is not clean, or maybe it is because needs renovation. Floor, chairs feels sticky. Kid hurted his hand to the water tap in bathroom. Its sharp. There's any sound isolation, someone was speaking phone very loud at night and it felt like in our room. The Apartment is not so light as in photos. Ir should be way cheaper than it is.

Thin walls - could hear the neighbours, but not a problem - very quiet from midnight until about 7am, when the locals came to life! Bin lorry rolls up about 2am (which can wake you up) every other morning.

Very easy to collect keys (arrived midnight). Very nice, clean apartment. Kitchen quite basic but full quota of crockery, pans and utensils. Big fridge with freezer compartment. All washing up utensils supplied. Had two good balconies, with drying rack, ideal for washing smalls! Large rooms, very spacious flat.

Very basic, cheap facilities for an expensive price. The photos don't match the place, it makes you feel the flat is by the harbour or the beach, but it is 10min walk to the former, 30 min walk to the latter. Only kitchen facilities are a tiny, old electric hob, microwave and toaster. No extra bedding for the sofa bed. Basic and impersonal, does not give the extra mile in any way.

It was very clean. Beds are comfortable. Receptionist was charming and helpful.

The late check-in consists in finding the building entrance door wide open (it is stated it must be always open - also during night, with no one guarding the building). Also the booked apartment is open (open to anyone crossing the road basically) with the key inside and my name written on a paper attached to a board in the entrance of the building (so much for privacy!). The building is basically in the middle of an under construction area of Cala Figuera, we counted (late June 2022) at least 5 quite big construction sites surrounding the apartment. Expect it to be loud and dusty (before using the balcony, get ready with your cleaning tools in order to remove dust and construction scrap). The apartment´s walls are as thin as a tortilla: you have no privacy, and if your neighbors decide to chat quietly while having dinner, you will feel like you are having dinner with them. Noise is a constant and comes from everywhere, and you need to live with it. At least until 10PM. My 2 years old kids weren't able to do the siesta but nights-over was quite. Unlike what you see in the pictures, in our apartment the furniture must have been from late 80s, beginning 90s: not in style but in oldness, breakage and stench (enjoy the bathroom, especially the shower curtains: just about “over the flop” - or the cooktop: another mega lowlights).The beds are uncomfortable, and the Ikea-style sofa on which the children were supposed to sleep was as hard as a surfboard. We booked the apartment for 10 days, we lasted 2 days before running away. When we booked no one has pointed out in the booking.com advertising about the construction sites and the noise, and as you might imagine, when we asked the owner for explanations and a possible compensation we were politely asked to go to hell: what we say has been documented with photos to the assistance of booking.com who gave us a 10% discount and invited us to write a truthful feedback for their community - this is what you got here.

We liked we were granted the possibility to do a late check in and we liked Cala Figuera because close (by car) to some of our favourite beaches. That's about it.

The door of the building is always open, there is no front desk, it does not provide any security and anyone can get inside...

there was no sun umbrella rental service. It would be good to offer it. We bought one and leave it there for other passengers to use.

Very nice apartment. It had everything what we needed. They have also a private parking lot. There isn drinking water but that is overall the island.
