It was all great. Even the view that surprised us initially.

The apartment was beautifully laid out and feels very warm and homely. The location is great and the pool area beautiful. Potes itself is the perfect gateway to Picos de Europa.

We'd been travelling a few days and I hadn't looked at my emails to get an update on what code to use - I'd prefer all the information at the time of booking. You could hear noise from the apartment above us. The swimming pool wasn't open (I can understand why - it was October! - but the website said it would be so we had a disappointed child). The lock on the door was difficult to use.

Luckily someone was there and opened the gate. The accommodation was lovely and allowed us to self cater easily. The location was good. The apartment was attractively furnished and had space for us to play games and relax. If we'd had questions the staff there seemed friendly and would have answered them.

Parking can be difficult close to the hotel - even for our motorcycle

Really large duplex apartment with lounge/kitchen one level and bedroom and bathroom upstairs. The pool is really superb with plenty quality sun loungers and cushions The hotel is right in the centre of the old town and only a short walk to everything you could want. We stayed in this hotel about 7 years ago - and it's still as nice as it was then.

The sofas are uncomfortable for sitting. That's all really.

The location for the town was great. 3 minute walk to large car park. Well equipped for our stay. Pool was a treat, especially being nice and cold after a walk day walking.

Was 4 of us motorcycle’s and was perfect in the heart of Potes. Parked our bikes a 2 minutes walk away on street but wasn’t a problem at all. Lovely clean place at a fab price. Can’t go wrong 😁

The lighting in our apartment was low making the rooms quite gloomy.

Central location close the the centre of Potes. Swimming pool was great (if cold) with relaxation areas around it. They provided a kettle, vital for making a cuppa! The building is full of character.

We found it a little dark inside the apartment, but on the positive part of its charm is its older construction.

Exceptionally comfortable and large bed. Very clean, very helpful staff. Quiet and central. Easy access to public parking. We made full use of the outdoor/ pool area which was quiet and pleasant

Apartment 7 was poorly lit, dark inside, even in bright daylight. Perhaps brighter bulbs or better lighting would help. The shower door didn’t fit snug on the bath and excess water always made its way to the floor.

Difficulty parking. We would have given this property at 10 but the washing machine didn't spin properly, there was no oven, there were no mugs only small cups, there was no kettle. Only small things I know but we cook a lot so it was important to us. A great shame as the property was good.

Position was great in the old town. Two good supermarkets were only a few minutes away. Room had a good layout was quiet and comfortable.. Great location for walking in the picos mountains.
