One or two management issues were slow to be resolved. For example the dishwasher was never fixed. Kitchen was minimalist as were toiletries.

Such a convenient location within easy walking distance to main sights, bus station & supermarket. Surprisingly quiet with windows closed.

It was extremly loud, it was not possible to sleep more than 2-3 hours- there was a bar in the whole street corner (they collected the tables and stools at 1 in the night - just terrible, reconstruction in the opposite building also in the night and the workers with heavy mechanisms in nearby streets the whole night.

Perfect location for the city trip, all main sights in walking distance.

We had very pleasant stay in one of the apartments on the second floor. Very clean, nicely organized place and for location in Seville, I can only say - absolutely perfect. Communication with the (I think) company and owners went without problems and all our questions (not many really;) were answered promptly. One small thing, but that lies completely on my side because I was not quite precise and careful during booking - is that from the pictures I made the mistake to expect the big apartment at the roof of this nice building, all with terrace and stuff you can see in most of the images. I was not aware of the fact that they (apparently) have whole building with lot of smaller apartments. So, next time I go to Seville (and I promise I will!) I would contact the same owner but with specific request for the topmost, apparently really cozy and bigger place. Surrounding, shopping zone, distance to all city attractions - all simply great and perfect. We were also very positively surprised how quite (audio isolation) the apartment on the second floor is because the street is very lively and at times noisy. Absolutely no problems, perfect isolation for those interested in this aspect. Many thanks.

One very small detail that does not spoil the accomodation is the balcony. Please be prepared for a very very small balcony that has very little space [not even for a chair]. It could be a 'Juliet Balcony'... Again, not a complaint - perhaps just a little modification of the description could be made.

The location of the apartment is outstanding. Close to all the main shops, bars and restaurants. Parking is available across the street or only 10 minutes walk away is the Parking Saba Plaza de Armas. The apartment is perfect for a couple and the decor / facilities are at a very modern standard. The host is very helpful indeed and responds quickly to any questions.

The bustle of the city calmed down after 22:30, so no complaints.

Incredible location and a fantastic introduction to the city and attractions of Sevilla. We loved the apartment, and the food choices in the restaurants were new and delicious. We averaged 15000 steps a day and loved every minute.

Lack of hooks where to leave the coats right at the entrance, lack of shelves in the bathroom where to put the personal toiletries, both near the mirror and in the shower. These elements would definitely enhance the comfort of the guests.

I was waited on and met on arrival. Then, after the lady left, I needed to know something extra, I wrote on the WhatsApp, and it took no more than 20 minutes to receive a complete answer that solved my issue. Great costumer service. I also like the entrance with numeric codes and no keys. Love the light and the space of the apartment, the windows and the amazing location.

Not enough lighting. Have few step of stairs from the living room area up to the sleeping section which didn't really show or tell in the description but acceptable.

Location is perfect for eating, shopping and tourist spots. Only if you are a light sleeper then noise from the restaurant below can disturb you but it wasn't really a problem for us.

Can get a bit noisy during the night as there are restaurants and main road downstairs. They dont have lockers so we had to check out at 12.00 as per their requirements and had to store luggage at a closeby storage by paying some euros.

Overall everything was perfect infact it exceeded my expectations! The building has elevator, the host was very nice and spoke english, told us about some major attractions to visit. As it was Christmas eve, he told us the exact restaurants to visit as most were closed. The apartment is great for a family of 4. Beds were comfortable, linen was clean, bathroom was amazing. As it was cold in the night the heaters worked perfectly fine! Location is very central, has restaurants and supermarkets at a stone throw distance. Definitely coming here again!

There was missing shelving in the fridge bedroom is a bit tight for the size of the bed. There were only two of us, but even at that there was only one wine goblet, so one of us used a champagne flute for wine. A small thing but could easily be addressed
