Kitchen equipment is quite basic. Some coffee capsules or water on a sunday evening arrival would be a nice gesture. Apartmente was clean, bath rooms could be a bit more spot on.

Great apartments with a nice view of Cartagena harbour. Big apartment, ideal for a family of four and with two bath rooms. Location is ideal just a few steps from the pedestrian central zone with shops, bars and restaurants and all sights (amphitheatre, museums, etc.) are not more than 10min walking distance. Nice parking just around the corner is a big plus and worth the 10€ per day extra.

The location was great! Very near to lots of great restaurants & an easy walk to the harbourside. We had the suite with the rooftop area & hot tub which was great! The apartment was very comfortable, clean & had everything you need for your stay including dishwasher tablets & laundry liquid. I did not realise that there was not a manned reception but my contact Jonatan used WhatsApp to contact me to let me know what to do to pick up the keys & he was very helpful. You are also given instructions how to get into the building when the door is locked. You are provided with contact numbers if you need to contact someone. There is also staff available for a few hours each day in the office next door so we did not have any problems. The staff were great, really friendly & helpful!

Jacuzzi area - You need proper steps for people to get in and out of the jacuzzi safely. You also need to supply plastic drinking glasses for safety reasons. A parasol would be beneficial to protect against the intense heat of the day. Studio A and B should have towelling gowns so guests can wear them from apartment to jacuzzi area.

There wasn’t really anything not to like other than that fact that we didn’t get what I booked. My booking confirmation is for rooms 5A & 5B which provide 4 bedrooms. What we got was 1A & 5B which provides 3 bedrooms. At no point did I say anyone was sharing a bed! I feel very disappointed as something obviously went very wrong with the booking. I would like someone from Bookings.com to make contact to explain as the reception here say they are provided what was requested by bookings.com!

A deeper cleaning and bugs extermination is needed. More attention to be paid for the bed sheets.

The staff was flexible and the apartment was well equipped. The position is close to a lot of restaurants and the old city part, by walking. The private jacuzzi on the terrace and underground parking place are added value.

Our unit had no view as first floor and view was of a wall across the street. Had patios but no furniture so not sure what point of them was other than to dry clothes. Wine opener not good and pillows hard. Saw mention of Jacuzzi but either not mentioned or not available for our unit. Parking close but many levels down. Had to use app to register ahead which was ackward.

Excellent location minutes from city center yet accessable on a normal road. Parking was next store (however it's 4 levels down which was a hassle.) We picked up key and parking pass at a tourist office right next to unit - person at desk was helpful and communications was via booking app. Unloading was fine but you had to drive up on sidewalk. Unit was very clean and modern and well equiped with elevator access.

It's an amazing apartment with private jacuzzi on the rooftop. Very clean, modern and comfortable. I'm already looking forward to stay there again. Even the ice bucket for the champagne was next to the jacuzzi.

We had to wait about 30 min to get car parking card and make check in. Nobody answered phone and reception was closed. Maybe it was just a bad day.
